My order was taken incorrectly, and the cashier looked at me like I was crazy when I asked him to add the energy boost before I pay. So, I did not receive the smoothie I came to order. Also, there's a sign displayed about $1 size upgrades on Friday. I had to literally explain how the promotion works to the cashier, because he insisted that I sign up for the app. On top of this, the staff handed my smoothie to another patron rather than to me. The patron made no mistake, he accepted the smoothie he was given. It's safe to say that I won't be back. If SK corporate is reading this, shut this place down another month and retrain the staff.
