If you don't have one they do have some in the store. We have rented from Wheel Works on a few occasions when we wanted to explore the West Orange Trail. It's so convenient and the staff is very helpful and friendly. You can make your reservation online or go into the store. I recommend making a reservation ahead of time. He handled my bike with care and he got me squared away. Originally, I was a little concerned about letting someone touch my bike given the price point, but he took great care of it and had it looking better than it did going in there. Which means a lot, because it's a brand new bike. Heather (the store manager) was assisting another customer when I was walking in, but once she became available she greeted me and helped me try on new shoes, as well as check out some new Trek Madone SLR bikes. I had a few questions for her about potentially getting my wife into a new bike and she was extremely helpful answering all of my questions.
