If you need your bike repaired properly, professionally and in a timely fashion then Evolve Bicycles is the place. In my case, I needed a stroller tire inner tube replaced. When I walked into the shop, I was immediately sent back to my childhood. The intoxicating smell of rubber and new bicycle smell triggered every happy sense and happy bicycle memory. I was greeted with a smile, my inner tube was replaced, they made sure all the tires were inflated to the correct pressure and it was all done very quickly. In fact, I was in and out within 5 minutes! I cannot recommend this bicycle shop highly enough. My oldest has been seeking a new bicycle for some time now and we did a lot of online research. All their past bikes were from Walmart and were fine while they were growing up and priced to sell. Now that they are an adult they wanted something nice that would last. We considered several bike shops around the Orlando area as there was no place close to us. In my searching I ran across this little shop in Celebration. They are the closest one to our home so we decided to give them a try. Upon arriving they are a small shop which I like. They have a bunch of bicycles on display outside along with rentals. Inside the shop you get into the higher end bikes with the ones for the serious rider. They build and do repairs onsite and offer an extensive line of accessories. We were greeted by friendly faces when we entered and were assisted in finding a bicycle that suited my oldests riding needs and within a price range we could afford. These are not the bikes you find at big box stores. They are quality machines that come with a price to suit. My child was able to try out a bike before buying and found one that they liked. We were then shown what was in stock and what was available to order. They initially liked one they had on hand and then found a few colors they preferred online. Since it was only a week wait ordering a preferred color it was worth the wait. Along with the bike they do free adjustments and service for a year. They recommend at least coming in for a tune-up by the one year mark. Today they got the call and we went to pick up the bike. It was exactly what they wanted. Along with the bike they got a water bottle holder which they installed. The price was reasonable for the bike they purchased and the service is top notch. Plus it felt good to support a local business. This is an excellent business and worth checking out. read more

Brought an old beat up bike for a tune up and left needing to finish the work myself. Also wasn't called when work was completed. Frame clean? No mine is still covered in grime It wasn't even that dirty but ok Lube chain? My chain was as grimy as I gave it to them, and it was returned to me overtensioned leading to clicking noises. They replaced an inner tube, but returned the bike back with the tires HALF full. So I had to go on YouTube and learn to tension my gear, after I had degreased and lubed it myself because that apparently didn't happen at all. And finally get my tires to the proper level that is literally written on the sides of the tires. Shitty work, by a shitty shop, with shitty people with shitty attitudes. I rented a brand new Cannondale SuperSix Evo from Evolve to maintain my training over the two weeks I was vacationing in Celebration. They setup the bike with my saddle measurements and delivered it to my residence with no issues. The bike was clean and Di2 fully charged. I have rented bikes in various locations and the price for a two week rental was the most competitive I have seen. I normally do travel with my bikes when flying, but decided to forego the stress of possible issues during the holidays. I highly recommended Evolve if you need to maintain your training while traveling! I will be back! read more

We came 4 hours before closing and was able to rent out 3 E-bikes and 1 regular. The design of the bikes were meant to help with posture and efficient cycling if I listened to Ray correctly. The wheels were position towards the front and at an angle instead of straight down and it took some time to get use to but it was an overall pleasant experience! My only thing is that one of the bikes was low battery and while they told me that even one battery it would last 25 miles it lasted about 10. But we all expected that. The e-bikes whether the motors are on or off still operated like a regular bike. A plus to mention would be the bikes come with pouches that hold a bike lock and key for when you "dock" your bike. I would recommend coming in closer to when they first open because as you would expect when renting for half a day you have to bring it back about :15 before closing! It was a pleasant experience all around would definitely recommend renting with them if you're in the Orlando area and on vacation. I went to evolve a because I bought a used bicycle and the seat collar was missing. I arrived a half hour after they closed as they were bringing bicycles inside. The people here are second to none. They took my bike inside, matched the correct collar, only charged me for the collar and even checked the tire pressure. For a team of people who were about to go home, they couldn't have been nicer. I truly appreciate the employees here, I have taken my beat up junky old bike to replace the tires and they filled with air and said I didn't need replacement tires yet. I tipped them for looking over the bike for free and filling it with air and they seemed like they didn't want to take the Money. But they deserved it. We had a great experience renting bikes to ride around Celebration. We rode the Townie hybrids. They were in great condition with seven speeds. They had a large bike bag on the front and a lock. There was no water bottle holder. The staff gave us a trail map to follow. We rode around for about an hour and saw a lot. There are many shaded boardwalks to ride along plus checkout the beautiful homes. read more

Went to Evolve to buy a Townie bike. I know they are in high demand so I figured I'd have to order it. But to my surprise they had just gotten a few in. And one was the exact one I wanted. After putting about a hundred miles on my new Aventon ebike, I decided that I needed the handlebars with a little more rearward twist, as opposed to pointing almost straight out. The guys at Evolve found the perfect set of handlebars, with just the right amount of angle in the appropriate rearward direction, and put them on, re-installed all the factory items on the handlebar, plus all my after market additions. Perfect now. Can't say enough good things about these guys, and the excellent customer service they provide. read more

I called the shop before I came to inquire about a speciality bike they carry. The gentleman was very helpful and friendly. They had the bike I inquired about in stock, so I drove to the shop right away to make the purchase. When I arrived at the store was a different story....They obviously do not need your business as they are way too busy to even acknowledge or greet you. Out of 4 employees working, not one acknowledged me. A simple, "hello, I won't be helping you during this lifetime" would have been sufficient and I would have left. Thanks for wasting my time. It seems I'm not the only person who's experienced this. I live in the nearby community and someone had previously complained on the community Facebook page about a similar experience! Fortunately for that person, the owners wife had contacted her to apologize and informed her she would speak with the staff on their behavior. I guess not much has changed since then. read more

Yesterday, as we started our daily walk with the grandkids we noticed a flat tire on our double stroller. Went to the gas station for air but the tire had an apparent hole in it. Next we went to Walmart but they couldn't help. Then we went to PepBoys and they couldn't help either. Finally, we ventured over to "Evolve Bicycles & E-Bikes. We are traveling and had issue with both our bikes. One had a flat and the other the back wheel got hit by road debris and was mangled. We called, they said to come in and within 20 min. My husbands wheelchair blew a tire in Animal Kingdom last night, so we looked for a reputable bike shop that we could uber to in the morning. We came here and we're helped immediately by the owner and the shop technician ( who didn't have a name tag so I didn't catch his name ). They were both very helpful and started working on the chair right away. The shop technician had hands of gold, he was so delicate handling very expensive tires. We have had blow outs in the past and have taken our tires to our local high end bike shop. We have seen how their technicians work on our tires, they are anything but delicate. But this tech was amazing. This is a custom built chair, and he handled the repair with precision and skill. We would not hesitate to come here again. As an added bonus we were shocked at how affordable the repair was. At our local bike shop, we pay $25 and that's with the friends discount. At Evolve, the repair was $12.84 including tax..what! I've only been there twice but both times the service personnel were excellent. They spent time explaining what I wanted to know. One tech showed me his personal bike. It was unique, bamboo fenders, and totally setup for travel to work in any weather. There were techs in the shop area working on bikes and one tech to support the front desk. You don't feel like you're interrupting their work by being there like some other shops I've visited. They were very professional. They were wearing masks. I don't know what more I could ask for out of a local bike shop. read more

Rented a Cervelo S3 for a race that I was participating in. The staff was great and they got the bike adjusted for me, but the crank arm fell of 25 miles into the race. The guys at the shop have me a full refund for the rental when I returned the bike. The staff was extremely mice and I'd use this place again in the future. read more
