I signed up for a membership before I left. The facility is super clean, comfortable, and safe. Hotworx is open 24 hours so you can go to any of the virtual classes or simply sit in the sauna at times that work with your schedule. The hours referenced here are the times that there is someone working up front to show you the ropes (no pun intended) or answer questions. They were not super pushy with "selling" you on the membership. Give it a try. Worst case scenario you will get a beneficial infrared sauna session in!

I've visited a few times already for a few workouts. I like the turf training area. I have spent most of my cardio workout sessions on the elliptical machine. Very smooth cardio ride, with no squeaks, and the elliptical seems to be in good working condition. I enjoyed my free personal training session with Coach King. King's training style is challenging and motivating. O2 Fitness seems like a quality workout experience with and without a trainer. Overall good experience. I saw a machine that could use a dust down at the bottom (near foot areas), and at least one elliptical I used could stand to be replaced due to a worn-out part. I've found it to be a bit warmer than I would like for a gym (without a ceiling fan). Perhaps the temp of the AC should be reviewed.
