My tour with Olympia was informative but also straight to the point. Most of my questions were answered. I was referred online for a description of the classes offered. I've visited a few times already for a few workouts. I like the turf training area. I have spent most of my cardio workout sessions on the elliptical machine. Very smooth cardio ride, with no squeaks, and the elliptical seems to be in good working condition. I enjoyed my free personal training session with Coach King. King's training style is challenging and motivating. O2 Fitness seems like a quality workout experience with and without a trainer. Overall good experience. I saw a machine that could use a dust down at the bottom (near foot areas), and at least one elliptical I used could stand to be replaced due to a worn-out part. I've found it to be a bit warmer than I would like for a gym (without a ceiling fan). Perhaps the temp of the AC should be reviewed.

There are enough weight machines, sometimes one has to be flexible to rotate. The swimming pool and sauna is a nice addition. I asked to speak to a manager but she said there wasn't one available. I asked if she could waive the fee seeing as I do have the unlimited membership. she said no because of their policies. I tried to call back to switch to a later class at another local location and they couldn't assist with that I'm very unhappy with the service I was provided at this specific location. I haven't had problems with any other ones I've been to including the out of state ones.

The gym is tightttttt so a maxed out 6:15am class gives you little wiggle room. Multiple times we had to modify movement to not whack each other in the head. The workouts and the coaching are good but doesn't compare to some of the other triangle gyms. Front staff is friendly and upbeat. Biggest disappointment is in the manager. I called several times like 5x in one week to discuss a miscommunication and she never called me back. I haven't written off OTF but I don't think I'll return to MacGregor based on the manager refusing to call me back and offer a solution to her staffs miscommunication.
