Kristen (manager for both conroe locations) was very rude and implied her staff is well trained and knows to start with lay down beds for a few minutes. Obviously this is not the case. She then told us that it must have been poor knowledge on my friend's part. EXTREMELY unprofessional. She did not even assure that she would check the cameras to see what happened.
