The general workout area is clean & huge. It can be a little intimidating. But they have great group fitness rooms such as a spin studio that's tiered. There is another workout area that's smaller and less intimidating. I give kudos to the idea of allowing local businesses advertise on the TV panels in various areas. The juice bar is good too with various protein drinks. They have pickleball courts that double as basket ball courts. Hopefully they will expand a little more and add the pool. Then it would be a well rounded health & wellness center of the 21st century.

No pool, no tennis courts, no bball court so you are limited but again, the weights they have and layout make up....Mostly. Plus this is strictly for working out and training. I like it.

Every summer the air conditioning breaks and every summer it is patched together to keep it going along. In the winter it's either too cold in the beginning of the class or it is to humid and hot by the end due to the fact that the climate control does not work and the owners refuse to get it properly fixed. They will sometimes bring a nifty fan in to hold over the weeks where there is no air at all . This location does not update the Ipads and they are very glitchy. Sometimes the Ipads reset themselves because they have not been properly updated and occasionally they will stop in the middle of the workout. When that happens, it throws off the recording of your distance. This is supposed to be a high-end boutique workout studio. There is plenty of competition around. Needs work.
