I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and a few of the trainers, all of which were great! Super energetic and genuine. I have added years to my life and changed my entire attitude about myself and my capabilities and it is all because of my Trainer Tristan Reaves, my fellow gym mates and the abundance of positivity and encouragement that I receive every time I walk through the door. There is no pressure or judgement. They will welcome you regardless of what shape your in and they will make you feel soooo good about being there and doing what you have to do. Please just do it. I am so much better than I was even last week. Look for me there and tell me I am not wrong! Classes and equipment are state of art, you will be in and out in an hour.
