I am a retired Army General Officer and volunteer at the USO (for military) Center at the Tampa International Airport. We recently received a new two-level desk at the reception area. I contracted Fab to make plexy covers for the desk. I provided paper patterns and they copied them perfectly. One had cutouts. Everything matched. The covers were perfect and very high quality. Volunteers and visitors often remark how great our desk looks. When I ordered the plexy the staff were very professional and offered a couple of suggestions. The products were delivered to my home in about a week. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. After about 3 months the plexy looks new. I phoned the listed number and spoke to a representative. I told them I was interested in having a mirror cut and wanted an estimate. Since I was near their Westerville location he suggested I stop there. I took my pattern and walked in to their lobby. There was no one there, but a sign suggested I call to get someone to help me. I called and spoke to someone, apparently at a different location. They said they would send someone right out to help me. All the time I was in their lobby I saw no one, coming or going or even moving around in the office area. I waited another 10 minutes and left. Absolutely DO NOT order product from this company. They do not stand behind their products. Purchased mirrors, upon receipt of them they appeared to be normal and were not broken. Had them installed and realized that from a distance greater than 4 foot the image is distorted. I did receive a refund and ate the installation cost. Left them up, as I did not want to incur more expense, however now they are shattering for no reason, and a hazard, I now have to pay out more to have them taken back down. I reached out to the company to ask if they would cover either the removal/disposal cost or reimburse me for the installation, I was met with a hard no, even though their product is faulty and hazardous. The quality and design of the glass I received for my 5 x 7 shower was Spot On. It really does look amazing and done perfectly. However, I now have a mix of brackets that do not match any of the fixtures in the the room, or the rest of the hardware in the house for that matter. Not sure how that made any sense and I was never asked what color hardware was needed. I've been trying to find a place to do some simple glass tabletops, and ran across Fab Glass & Mirror online. While they seemed a little expensive (a 23"x25" polished-edge 1/4" piece of glass came to over $100), the glass arrived two days after initially promised (but not their fault - it was a UPS delay), and in absolutely rock solid packaging. The received glass was perfect. Not a smudge, the right size, all edges chamfered and polished as requested. TLDR: A little on the expensive side, a little delayed in shipment. TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! I ordered three frameless bathroom mirrors. They arrived in individual boxes that were all taped together. The boxes sat for a week or so before I had the time to unboxed them and install them. When I finally did open them I found that one of the three mirrors was in perfect condition. The second mirror had a large scratch in the glass and the third mirror had a broken corner. I contacted fab glass and the person that I spoke with said that he could give me 5% back on the two damaged mirrors. I told him that was absurd and I just simply wanted the mirrors replaced. Then I received an email from another person named SId, who said they are willing to give me 15% back on the two damaged mirrors but because I did not contact them within 48 hours after delivery, they would not do anything beyond 15% discount. read more

I had a bad experience, mainly with the custom design glass order. Even though they contacted me, it was not detailed and the design came out without the holes that I had drawn into the design template. By the time I contacted them about the missing holes, they threw away my template and said they cannot do anything about it, not even a discount on a reorder. I tried to figure out how to install this $750 glass without the holes and it later just became useless junk. Just like a lot of reviewers here I did not do my research about the company before I placed my order. It has been a month since I placed my order. Multiple emails inquiring about the status of my order were unanswered until I requested a refund. That email was answered within 20 min. I purchased a 24x48 oval mirror, delivered cracked. they sent me 2 more cracked ones after that. before the 3rd mirror i had a back surgery so it was hard to pull it out all the way. as soon as i pulled the cardboard covering it out, we saw glass shards on the cardboard. i took a picture & sent it to them & had my son throw it out like the others.
