It had inconsistent staff , no activities , few toys , nothing on the walls, absolutely not stimulating in any way. So we decided to look for a change. The Staten Island JCC on Manor road has been amazing. Great security, a consistent and caring staff. An inviting room which designates play area with lots of appropriate toys . A nice outdoor play area. This day care is really everything you want for your child and you can leave them there with confidence. They really love and care about your child. My son was 7 months old when we started here. The only negative is that the infant day care is on the lower floor and there is no elevator. ( actually there is an elevator, that allows you to take a long way there, but it seems to be often in disrepair!! ) other than that , this is a perfect day care. Yes it is closed on several Jewish holidays, which coincides with the public school holidays most of the time. Don't hesitate to use this place for day care, they really care about your child. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I was very polite until I had to get her attention because she was busy on her personal phone. Yes, I was frustrated and upset and she should have noticed this but instead she told me to shut my mouth. She was incredibly rude and continued to ignore me as I tried to get information on when Lisa would be in. I cannot express enough how upset I am. I tried to call to report her behavior but no one seems to be able to take my complaint. I choose to stay anonymous in this complaint otherwise.

No one said anything - not the workers, not the lifeguards NO ONE. The diapers are literally falling off these children and yet the parents dont care, neither do the staff. I have not been here in 3 years because of the nastiness. I was told the pool has been upgraded with more regulations - but today proved that this pool has not changed at all. Im not posting any pics because of the children but this is a serious problem.

The reason for my visit was because I wanted to take the 9:30am cycling class with Michelle and the class was great. The instructor is nice and energetic and the music selection was also good. I was surprised by how many people showed up. Class was packed! The gym seems to be decent with lots of equipment and a clean locker room. There's also a pool but it's currently under maintenance so I'm not sure when they'll reopen it. The staff members I dealt with were also friendly. There's a huge free parking lot shared by other stores so parking shouldn't be an issue. I wish they also offered a bike rack/storage but that's not the case. I'll be back to take other classes and will update my review at that time.

Absolutely out for the dollar and not for your health care. Beware

Her class gave me strength and stamina to carry the twins to the full term, it definitely helped me with delivery and then speedy recovery. When we first enrolled with British Swim School, we were extremely pleased. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and consistent, and our child progressed quickly. We had complete confidence in the program and would have gladly given it a five-star review. Unfortunately, our experience has changed dramatically. The pool where we attended lessons experienced ongoing issues that resulted in most classes being canceled throughout December. While this was frustrating, we understood that it was beyond British Swim School's control. We remained loyal customers because we believed in the program and were very happy with the instructors. Since then, however, there has been an almost complete turnover of instructors. Nearly every time we attend a lesson, there is someone new teaching the class. The consistency that is so critical to learning proper swimming technique has disappeared. Instead of continuing to improve, my child has actually regressed. Skills that had been developed through months of quality instruction have deteriorated because each instructor teaches differently and there has been no continuity. Rather than reinforcing good technique and building on previous lessons, the constant changes have undermined the progress she had already made. What is most disappointing is that I reached out to British Swim School multiple times to discuss these concerns and requested a call from a member of the management team. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. Our experience went from a program that I would have enthusiastically recommended to one that I can no longer recommend. It's disappointing to see what was once an excellent program decline so significantly in just a few months.

We supplied our service as requested but he has yet to pay us. We've contacted him numerous times over the years with no call backs or any time of communication. All we ask for is to paid for the service he requested that we did provide. If he treats the companies he hires this way I can only assume the service he provides his customers would be just as subpar. I would definitely stay far away from this company and look elsewhere to a more honest, reliable and dependable pool company that knows how to treat their suppliers and their customers with the same respect.
