Later, I was informed that additional insurance and paperwork requirements increased the price to $1,200. Although I was disappointed by the increase, I accepted the new price and asked the company to proceed. Over the following weeks, I repeatedly followed up regarding the revised sign plans and the submission package required by Irvine Company. I received multiple assurances that the work would be completed "tomorrow," "once I get back to the office," or "as soon as possible." Despite these promises, the revised plans were never submitted. Throughout the process, I sent numerous emails, text messages, and phone calls requesting updates. Most of my communications were professional and focused on moving the project forward. Unfortunately, the delays continued and the project remained unfinished. After waiting for an extended period and receiving repeated promises without results, I informed the company that I would terminate our agreement if the required revisions were not submitted. Instead of resolving the issue, the company chose to end the relationship and accused me of threatening them. My frustration was not caused by the price increase itself. It was caused by the repeated delays, lack of follow-through, and failure to deliver the revised plans after weeks of waiting and multiple commitments. I would not use this company again. Instead of professionally communicating with a customer and providing project updates, the owner chose to post a retaliatory review. Throughout this project, I repeatedly asked for status updates, revised plans, and completion timelines. Rather than providing clear answers, I was met with excuses, delays, and unprofessional text messages. What is most concerning is that the owner voluntarily walked away from the project without any legitimate reason. Even after he decided to stop working on the project, I asked him to send me his Zelle information or an invoice so I could pay for any work that had actually been completed. Instead of providing payment instructions, he chose to mock and criticize his own customer.

Communication: was told shirt was to be finished by one day, showed up day after to pick up and they said the print was lost and it would be done by the next day. No call or communication. They said they would call me when it was finished, but I still had to call them to confirm completion. Quality: lines and gaps in between stitching. Looks cheap for how pricey the job was. See pictures Accountability: I notice an obvious stain on the shirt. Guy clerk said "you must have brought it in that way". They got a stain remover to remove it.
