Fantastic. We looked high and low for reasonably priced, good quality patio sectionals and were stunned at the lack. A lot in local stores were very expensive and wouldn't deliver for months, and most Amazon stuff wouldn't ship to us in Honolulu. I made an appointment on the Fabrika website for that same day, went out to their showroom, was immediately impressed by the comfort and construction and size of all of the products, put down my credit card right there and then, and it was delivered next day before noon! I'm sitting on our wonderfully comfortable and sturdy sectional right now. Truly excellent experience.

Great customer service and quality product! I am overwhelming satisfied with the furniture and service I received from this business. I purchased this patio furniture from Facebook Market and did not have time to see it in person beforehand. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. The owner took the time to explain the materials used used in its construction, which was a primary concern for me due to having previous Lowe's furniture deteriorate easily to weathering. Due to my time constraints, the owner took the time to FaceTime me and so that I could see the furniture and it's size perspective as he sat on it and gave me a product demo, so to speak. It's my opinion it's difficult to find good patio furniture here in Hawaii, as Lowe's and Home Depot are limited on selection and quality. However, the quality of what I received, is unlike anything I could get from a big box retailer or one of the few low quality company's that ship furniture to Hawaii such as Wayfair or Overstock. My neighbor currently has overstock patio furniture - paid much more but quality doesn't measure up. This material does not feel like plastic or something similar you'd find at Target's outdoor section. This is much better and actually hard for me to describe. Very happy with the purchase and I highly recommend... especially if good customer service matters to you.

Finally! Finally found outdoor furniture we had been looking for. Took us about 9 months trying to find something we really liked. Glad to have come across Fabrika online. Most outdoor furniture we saw in person was either too bulky and heavy, not very good quality for the price, or was seen online with a long shipping time. This one is a winner! The people with Fabrika made it an easy and quick process. Great service! We didn't have to wait 4-6 weeks (like most online orders) for it to be delivered and then not really know what it would look and feel like in person. Instead, we were able see the furniture pieces in person on O'ahu, make the purchase, and easily pick it up in Maui via Young Brothers in 4 days. So far, so good...we're really happy with the furniture's quality, look and weight. A great find!

Nick and assistant installed a beautiful outdoor pergola. Quality of the pergola and installation, first class. Pergola made out of Aluminum with rotating aluminum blades to control lighting or privacy from neighbor above, or it can be closed to keep the sun and rain out. Pleasure to deal with this company as all correspondence was promptly returned and they really did a clean and meticulous installation. Very pleased with the whole process.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Easy to go see the furniture in the show room, great selection of styles, excellent quality and price. Nick was extremely helpful and professional. We're so happy with our new set and especially glad we were able to support local rather than spending the same amount on a much lower quality set from a big box store. Do not buy this outdoor furniture! It does not last more than three years (funny that is the limit of their warranty). It completely disintegrates and crumbles. When ours started to crack, we contacted them and they told us "sorry you are out of warranty". I believe we were just months out of the three year period. No explanation nor care that their product wouldn't even last three years. That being said, is it unreasonable to expect that a $2.500 to 3,000 set of outdoor furniture should last more than three years? Now after five years, the "wicker" thatch crumbles when you touch it. Save your money. read more

Be cautious of spending your money on outdoor furniture with Fabrika! Purchased an outdoor furniture set (The conversation 6 piece brown wicker) back in November 2021 -- had a few delays in the shipment which is not at the fault of this business. Was informed from Fabrika of the vessel delay which carried my product - impressed and appreciative of those updates! That's where it ends . . . When I initially purchased with them I added on additional coverings for my outdoor cushions. When you buy, you choose a color for your cushions - I chose grey. I also paid to add on beige cushion coverings so I may interchange them. Now, I've enjoyed grey for 2.5 years and finally decided to wash the grey ones and pull out and put on the beige. Well, when I went to retrieve the fabrika packaged box with my name on it and the word "beige", I was astonished to open them and find GREY CUSHION COVERS!!!!!! On top of all that, when I was removing the grey coverings the pillows that were used by fabrika are quite disappointing as the content of the pillow filling was coming out of the poorly designed and constructed pillow!! UPDATE: I called fabrika and notified them of the incorrect color that was given to me and the gentleman that I spoke with was apologetic and professional. I was able to take the grey covers in and they were replaced with new beige covers! read more

The quality of the furniture on its own was impressive but the low price was unbelievable! We are from New York and have a family home here and have been having such a hard time finding stylish furniture for the lanai. We needed some new furniture for our lanai. Not as easy to find as one might think in Hawaii. Fabrika has a good selection of good quality outdoor wicker furniture. Showroom has all the selections available to sit on, whereas some stores had a few selections and gave us a catalog to see there other options. I don't know about you, but I need to sit in a chair to know if is comfortable...and it is. Reasonably priced and our furniture preference was in stock so we could get it delivered right away. Nick was great to work with. Reccomend without reservations! read more

We ordered a Bali wood dining table 1600$ in March. Looks and quality were as pictured except one…read moreminor spot in the center. Fast forward to August, less than a year and my table is splitting. This was not from water damage, over use, or placing heavy objects, humidity or weather related. It just started to split at the end and has continued to grow. Contacted warrenty support which responds quickly. This is what they said not under warrenty. Buyer beware here is their response for me to take care of this on my own. For the price and support this is a 1 star would be zero if possible. That said, here are some suggestions you may consider to help manage or improve the condition: Use a wood filler or repair putty to smooth out the split area, followed by a light sanding and touch-up stain. Apply furniture wax or sealant to protect the wood from absorbing excess moisture in the future. Maintain stable room conditions by keeping the furniture away from direct sunlight, heaters, or damp areas to minimize further expansion or contraction. Engage a local furniture repair service if you'd prefer a professional touch-up. We'll be closing the claim since this type of concern is not covered under the warranty.

Advertised as up to 70% off. We could not find a dresser that was deeply discounted in that way. Nor were there any style of dressers we liked that were in stock AND under $1000 (except one that looked like a mountain person build it behind the barn. Someone is into that look). My salesperson coached me to photo the SKU of anything we liked so they could check stock. When we finally found something we liked that was in stock, we paid and set the delivery. This piece of furniture looks great. I really wanted to spend $800 but for $1300 we got a well built, mid-century modern-ish dresser that should last 20+ years. And it is not something we had to build (looking at you City Mill). The day before delivery we realized we never got the text to inform us of the scheduled window. Called the store and and discovered it hadn't been scheduled. Our sales person was in the store and they got on the phone with me to reschedule. They were sincerely apologetic. A couple days later we received a thank you card in the mail. The process isn't easy because furniture is so expensive. And most of it takes months to arrive. At homeworld (CS Woo etc.) I appreciate the support the sale team and delivery guys provide. Just please stop advertising a big sale when it is clearly NOT

I've seen this weekly event grow from 30 to 100 players therefore supper happy to see this event and Fishcake gaining the attraction from the community that is well deserved.

Had a chaise Plus it had a matching ottoman with storage and can turn into a bed. We loved it. But of course we had questions. And, it's like the furniture gods heard our prayer and sent us Derek. He saw us looking around and stopped by us to see how we were doing and if we had questions. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us with the transaction. When learning that we were in the process of buying a place, he helped us to figure out the timing of when we would receive couch as well as the payment options available. Besides from the great service we received, I loved the wide selection of items available and the prices are competitive. I know we will be back for the other pieces.

Mom had seen an advertisement on television for Ashley HomeStore. She had been to other furniture stores where she couldn't find what she wanted. Mom also had a brochure from the Navy Exchange, showing an Ashley cabinet that she was interested in, but the NEX didn't have it and it was out of stock in California, too. The combination of shopping around; watching the television commercial; and having a photo in a brochure motivated my mom to ask me to take her to Ashley HomeStore! I'll do anything for my mom. She spends a lot of time in the living room where she wants to replace some tables with better looking cabinets with storage space. I want mom to be happy, so, I held in my opinion and drove her to Ashley HomeStore. There are five Ashley locations on Oahu and mom chose to go to the one in Honolulu, on Ward Avenue (not the one in Salt Lake area, the Beretania Street store, the Kapolei location, nor Aiea). There was a free parking lot on the corner of Queen Street and Ward Avenue. Inside the fabulously decorated showroom, we were greeted by Andrea. She was kind, efficient, and helpful! She listened to my mom and answered all of my sister's questions promptly. (I texted photos to my sister who lives with mom.) Even though Andrea just started working here three months ago, she was able to navigate the computer system, while knowing the inventory on the floor. She was knowledgeable about the discounts (currently 5 percent off because of the Anniversary Sale), delivery schedule, and fees ($149 including assembly). Andrea was very thoughtful and observant - she offered my mom a seat and moved furniture around for us to look at different angles. Excellent! The transaction flowed so smoothly. I was really impressed! Andrea changed my apprehensions about Ashley HomeStore into a Five-Star Review because of her professionalism, positive attitude, and friendly personality! Mom was thrilled because she will receive her new cabinets the day before Mother's Day! Perfect! Next time I need furniture, I won't hesitate to shop at Ashley HomeStore... And ask for Andrea at the Ward Avenue location! P.S. In regards to price, mom thought that it would cost more! She was pleasantly surprised that the total bill was less than expected!

Don Q is such a fun store because they have anything and everything you can think of across nearly every category. If I said they're like the Japanese Walmart, it wouldn't hit quite right because the quality and breadth of the selections here are far better. My favorite part of visiting Don Q has to be the incredible array of Asian specialty ingredients and snacks they sell and the reasonable prices. I picked up some gifts here including some exceptional styles of furikake and togarashi, but saw way too many other things I wanted. They also have amazing prepared foods here, specifically Japanese items. There's an entire sushi counter featuring all cuts of bluefin and more, freshly made onigiri, great selection of bentos and and poké too! You really owe it to yourself to visit!

Plantoem offers a relaxing ambiance upon entrance. Navigate the jungle of plants to access the cafe counter. I requested the Yerba Mate which is only available for in-house. A container with filtered straw was provided alongside a thermal carafe...there was enough hot water for 2.5 servings. The barista was a bit bemused when I ( humorously ) mentioned I swallowed some sediment from the straw...not being used to drinking yerba mate in this traditional way. I felt a little less of a gringo after that beverage. The main dining area is to the left. A nook to the back of the counter is a laptop/device free zone...and I sat in that hideaway...perused a book on interior design ( a few books are available) ...and enjoyed the yerba mate. Hours are from 700a till 500p - Mondays thru Thursdays. Fridays are 700a to 700p. Saturdays are 1000a - 700p. Sundays: 1000a until 500p.

Koolau Farmers is a locally owned/operated nursery and garden supply business that are home…read moregardening experts. It was started in 1938 by East Oahu farmers and a Kailua papaya cooperative as a farmer-founded business entity that shifted from farming to home gardening. Today, it supplies plants, floral arrangements, fertilizers, pesticides, garden tools, etc. for home gardeners. There are currently two locations for Koolau Farmers: Kaneohe and Honolulu (McCully). This review is for the Honolulu location. Items that the McCully location carry include: bromeliads, flowers, fruit, orchids, palms, fruit trees, peppers, tropical fruits, shrubs, soil, trees, veggies, hono hono orchids, dwarf fruit trees (Meyer lemon, Tahitian limes, Naval oranges, jabong, grafted mango, avocado). It also offers seed starting supplies, fertilizers for plants and flowers, worm composting bins; and info re growing and care of indoor potted plants, organic gardening, soil testing, and proper lighting. What brought us to Koolau Farmers is my lilikoi vine that I've had in my back yard for a number of years. With the help of bees, the vine had flourished and produced many delicious fruits for homemade lilikoi desserts, such as lilikoi chiffon pie, lilikoi curd, lilikoi bars, and more. But in recent years, the flowers would bloom, but because there are no bees to pollinate the lilikoi flowers, no fruits are produced. Questions to Koolau Farmers confirmed that there is a lack of nesting sites for carpenter bees (I think they're known as the black bumblebees that we no longer see) to pollinate the lilikoi flowers, resulting in a lack of fruit. According to Koolau Farmers, the flowers must be hand-pollinated instead. Staff provided instructions to my hubby on how to hand-pollinate the beautiful lilikoi flowers. A work in progress, and I'm sure more questions to follow. Then the next project will be our dwarf local orange tree. Where is the fruit? There's a single tiny orange on it, yes, only one! Hope Koolau Farmers can help us on this one! Another work in progress. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and provides helpful guidance. An unlikely spot in urban Honolulu to have a nursery and garden supply store, but I'm glad that it's there! The interior space is not that big, but houses boxes of fertilizers and various home gardening equipment for home gardeners. There may be displays of seasonal items on how to grow certain plants, such as hono hono orchids. Open daily from 8a to 5p. Free parking in the private lot. On the outside private lot are scattered variety of healthy local plants, herbs, orchids, and fruit trees. We look forward in working with Koolau Farmers and knowing that they are there to help us with our home gardening needs!

Live on the island of Maui and found their ad up on Craigslist when I was on the hunt for furnishings for a Northshore vacation rental. They were prompt to respond to my questions and easy to work with to ship the items I wanted to Maui. Was easy to pick up at the harbor and packaged really well. The product itself is very nice, fabric is sturdy and the construction of the sectional very solid. I would highly recommend them for a good alternative the super cheap box store furnishings vs. the super high end furnishings. Overall a good value and reasonable shipping cost. Do not buy this outdoor furniture! It does not last more than three years (funny that is the limit of their warranty). It completely disintegrates and crumbles. When ours started to crack, we contacted them and they told us "sorry you are out of warranty". I believe we were just months out of the three year period. No explanation nor care that their product was defective. That being said, is it unreasonable to expect that a $3,000 to $4,000 set of outdoor furniture should last more than three years? Now after five years, the "wicker" thatch crumbles when you touch it. Save your money. read more

In a nutshell, excellent product and service! The quality of the furniture is top notch; I have been receiving many positive comments from friends and family. Not just the product is great; Nick's service is extraordinary. The lanai set was set-up exactly where I wanted it. He ensured the pieces were balanced on my tile lanai by using the adjustments under each piece. In addition, he cleaned the glass that goes on top of the table and removed a few pieces of debris on the cushions. I'm so glad Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, etc. were out of the pieces I wanted. The most frustrating part of the interaction was when she tried to sell me on a very expensive, "Tempurpedic" foundation that was going to cost me over $800, knowing that it was not for a memory foam mattress! We got into a mini dispute about the difference between a king sized bed versus and eastern king, which there is no difference at all, but I let it go since she had a slight accent, which may have caused the confusion. Although the selection is great and the store is nice and clean, don't go here unless you want to feel pressured into buying something that you may not want. Otherwise, I'd recommend choosing another store or asking for another associate to help you. I ended up at Slumber World in Salt Lake, got two twin XL, full support, upholstered, bunk boards for half the price!

There are a few shelving units, coffee tables and lamps as well. I thought prices were a little high, but the prices included delivery and set-up, making things a good deal. In addition, 20% of sales support's scholarships. The warehouse is a challenge to find and park. They tell you just to park in front, which we did. They also tell accept donations of furniture for people wanting to get rid of things. All in all, a noble cause.

The one thing that is unique is that the bottle has a design on it. Makes it fit into your home decor. The packaging is also very nice and fancy. It also comes in candles as well. I needed a restock of my diffuser, so I purchased it online for in store pick-up. My order was ready in less than an hour! The ladies were very nice and helpful in store. I will be back for my regular restock.
