Once going in I saw a great selection of appliances to the left and home furniture/tv to the right. The associates are very nice and helpful. Once I found the right sofa I found an associate (Chason) to help me order. He was super understanding and had so much patience. I purchased the Sofa and scheduled a delivery was super quick and easy! A month later we decided to replace some appliances in our kitchen since we redid the kitchen countertop and added a vent. Decided to take a look and met Chason again. He helped us find the right refrigerator, dishwasher and washer and dryer! Again great process nice fast and easy! Highly recommend m, the delivery was good but the customer service in the store and on the phone have been amazing!

The delivery team arrived approximately 40 minutes late without any notice or communication…read more Immediately upon arrival, the driver stated he was "not happy" and began arguing with me about the delivery before even making any meaningful attempt to move the refrigerator. The refrigerator was supposed to be delivered upstairs into my home, and the stairs were clearly disclosed in the delivery instructions ahead of time. One of the delivery workers stated that the refrigerator could potentially be brought upstairs, but the driver refused to even attempt the delivery. The refrigerator was never removed from the dolly, lifted, repositioned, or properly assessed for delivery. The driver repeatedly stated he was not going to move it at all and left the refrigerator sitting in my garage. During the delivery, I contacted Island Movers customer service and spoke with an employee named Cece. I found her behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, as she laughed during the phone call while I was trying to resolve the situation. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and concern shown throughout the entire ordeal. In an effort to help complete the delivery and eliminate liability concerns, I even offered to sign a waiver accepting responsibility for any possible damage to the refrigerator, floors, or property. Despite this, the driver still refused to make any attempt whatsoever to complete the delivery. I had to take time off work for this appointment, only for the delivery crew to essentially refuse service after arriving. The refrigerator is still sitting unusable in my garage due to their refusal to complete the delivery. I am extremely disappointed that Costco contracts with a company that operates in this manner.

They're only open to the military so you have to have a military ID to shop here. Great variety of plants, gardening items and outdoor furniture. Had a chaise Plus it had a matching ottoman with storage and can turn into a bed. We loved it. But of course we had questions. And, it's like the furniture gods heard our prayer and sent us Derek. He saw us looking around and stopped by us to see how we were doing and if we had questions. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us with the transaction. When learning that we were in the process of buying a place, he helped us to figure out the timing of when we would receive couch as well as the payment options available. Besides from the great service we received, I loved the wide selection of items available and the prices are competitive. I know we will be back for the other pieces.

He found one and we were chilling there for quite awhile but no one else came by so we decided to venture to the other side. I've purchased several items at INspiration on Kapiolani but since I was in the area for other reasons I though why not give this locations peek since they do have lots of options for all types of furnishings. Obviously located in Kapolei Commons which is amazing as there's lots of free parking options you can find them all the way at the end after Target near the theater which is nice that we didn't have to fight to find a stall as it can get quite busy in that part of the shopping center. Walking into the spacious showcase floor we were greeted by a staff to a point that we didn't need any assistance at the moment as we started to look for a chair...yup just a simple single chair which sounds easier than done we came here knowing that they do have a great selection to choose from and found prices from $79 to $499 for a single chair lol! All the way in the back there is a section that they consider the "outlet" prices which looked the same as the rest of the prices so it didn't seem like it was a discount as one was a floor model that should be the obvious discounted price to offer but didn't find anything in that section. With that we did find a chair that fit all the boxes that we were looking for and found the sales staff to finalize the sale and as she did her thing we paid and was given the chair as I asked if they had it in stock to the answer she replied yes they did..yay! She walked over and gave us the chair from the floor...and said this was it? To her defense it was New Year Day and the warehouse was closed BUT didn't confirm that if the floor model would be okay and still sold it to us at full price...she thought that we didn't mind. I didn't appreciate the lack of communication but took it anyways paid and got our paperwork to which we walked out the door quite disappointed to which she chased us down later cause she need the tag that was attached to it lol, then came back again for the paperwork to confirm we got the item...not impressed with the professionalism and communication as it all was very basic yet done so poorly for just a chair thankfully it wasn't a whole set of furniture.

Sales associates are available to assist. 3. The warehouse staff was able to assemble the table for pick up. We were told to call ahead about 2 hours before pick so the staff had enough notice. Our sales associate, DJ, was most helpful, informative, and above all else, very patient. The table we had selected was on back order, and we were told we had to pay the full cost in advance to secure our order. BOTTOM LINE: Furniture shopping is tedious, but also fun at the same time.

I loved looking around at all the plants. As in most places in Hawai'i, if you're prone to getting bug bites (aka me), you might wanna spray on some protection or cover up. I love that they have a mix of plants, produce, and really cute products. Everything you'd need from moss poles, spray bottles, ceramic pots of all sizes.
