The warehouse was easy to find it is right off Farrington Hwy between Leokane and Pupukahi streets. When you pull off Farrington Hwy, you will be in the warehouse's parking lot, which has about 6 slots (1 handicap accessible) from what I remember. The lot looks like it is shared with another business but I don't remember the name however, I believe they are affiliated because the man that was standing in that doorway walked into the furniture store behind us. Once we walked in, a male employee greeted us and asked what were we looking for. I informed him that we were in search of a chest of drawers so he walked me to the back corner. Maybe my understanding of a chest of drawers is different? From what I've been taught, it is typically a bedroom furniture (you know, the one that goes in the bedroom where you store clothes?). In any case, he showed me something that looked more like a display cabinet typically for the living room. It was a beautiful case but, not practical for what I was looking for. Price - oh boy! The display case I was shown was $900+ The employee stated it was solid wood so I suppose that justified the price. Other items in the store were also pricey. I looked at a beautiful, solid wood again according to the employee, queen-size bed. When I asked for the price, he stated "approximately $11,000 for the set" which must be bought together. If I wanted just the bed, I would not be able to get it; set only. Delivery to Ewa Beach area would be about $150 (I am not sure the cost to deliver elsewhere). The store was packed with all sorts of "oriental" furniture. Their Facebook page states that the furniture is manufactured in their own factories but I'm not sure where those factories are located. When I asked where the furniture is from, the employee stated that they are from Japan, South Korea, and other Asian countries. He even showed me a display cabinet called Korean cabinet; only named so but not made in Korea. The store has some beautiful furniture with unique designs but it was not what I was looking for. Even if I loved something there, like the bed for example, the price was much too high for what I would spend.

Found this place on FB Marketplace and it doesn't disappoint. Located in Kapolei, you take last exit (Kalaeloa) from H-1 heading west. Great signage and it's a large-ish warehouse with parking in front for easy load-in. Industrial floor fans keep the place cool while you browse. Lots of used hotel furniture that are priced to sell! We were stunned to see so many pieces for living room, dining, bedroom, artwork, lamps, mirrors, lanai furniture, mattresses, area rugs, tables and decorative screens. Some do have marks or small scratches on them but these can be remedied with paint pens sold at Walmart, City Mill. They take cash or charge cards. Not sure about checks, Venmo or Apple Pay. All employees are very nice and helpful, a couple guys just walked over to help us load up, another young girl made sure we didn't forget our lamp and walked it over to us. The cherry on top was if you spend $100 or more you get to pick something from a designated row of large mirrors and artwork! We went back twice already and going another time since we don't own a truck. Hopefully the items we wanted will still be there. We knew we wanted a couch. We knew we didn't want to spend $2000. When we entered, I saw a salesman and approached him. He introduced himself and answered a couple of questions I had. I told him we would be looking around and would find him when we needed him. He said take photos of anything we liked. Turned out to be excellent advice. We found the couch we had been searching for! The price was right. Saw an armoire that was perfect. Two pieces and we were set. Tommy was at a desk with a customer but he spotted me from yards away and told me he would be just a moment. A moment later we went through the process of making our purchase. Tommy was efficient and so friendly. He found the discounts we were entitled to. He explained the "white glove" service that comes with our purchases. I wish we had come to Tommy first weeks ago. If we can make the new space work, there's a desk we spotted too!

It's two levels and we checked out both. We looked at the ground level first and worked our way up. She liked the one on the bottom level, so that's the one we purchased. The whole store was 10% off for Statehood Day. They also give a 10% military discount. You can't stack the discount though, so we just got the 10% off. We were helped by Van. He was really nice and the transaction took about 10 minutes. We paid at customer service. This is only the showroom and they don't carry any stock here. We had to pick up our purchase from the Cs Wo Service Center, across the street from Target in Salt Lake.

I've purchased several items at INspiration on Kapiolani but since I was in the area for other reasons I though why not give this locations peek since they do have lots of options for all types of furnishings. Obviously located in Kapolei Commons which is amazing as there's lots of free parking options you can find them all the way at the end after Target near the theater which is nice that we didn't have to fight to find a stall as it can get quite busy in that part of the shopping center. Walking into the spacious showcase floor we were greeted by a staff to a point that we didn't need any assistance at the moment as we started to look for a chair...yup just a simple single chair which sounds easier than done we came here knowing that they do have a great selection to choose from and found prices from $79 to $499 for a single chair lol! All the way in the back there is a section that they consider the "outlet" prices which looked the same as the rest of the prices so it didn't seem like it was a discount as one was a floor model that should be the obvious discounted price to offer but didn't find anything in that section. With that we did find a chair that fit all the boxes that we were looking for and found the sales staff to finalize the sale and as she did her thing we paid and was given the chair as I asked if they had it in stock to the answer she replied yes they did..yay! She walked over and gave us the chair from the floor...and said this was it? To her defense it was New Year Day and the warehouse was closed BUT didn't confirm that if the floor model would be okay and still sold it to us at full price...she thought that we didn't mind. I didn't appreciate the lack of communication but took it anyways paid and got our paperwork to which we walked out the door quite disappointed to which she chased us down later cause she need the tag that was attached to it lol, then came back again for the paperwork to confirm we got the item...not impressed with the professionalism and communication as it all was very basic yet done so poorly for just a chair thankfully it wasn't a whole set of furniture.

Sione confirmed were in the house I wanted the items placed. I was very concerned that my new vinyl flooring was not damaged as the teak root was extremely heavy. They did a great job, very courteous, and made sure the piece was centered to the wall. Too bad the lady who called in the morning of the delivery had a "sour" attitude. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5-star rating.

It took me 3 visits to figure out what i really wanted and found my black leather reclining sofa. Ryan is very helpful and doesn't pressure you like salespeople at other furniture stores, he's very knowledgeable about the furniture. My only complaint that has nothing to do with this location is that the delivery men, both of them walked all over my carpet with their dirty shoes multiple times before I noticed since i was signing the order on their clip board. I thought they would stop walking on my carpet after they carried the sofa in but they did not. They should know better not to dirty carpets in Hawaii and to take off their shoes. I had to clean my carpet after they left and not happy about that. Part of it is my fault for not noticing. i recommend this place because the prices are cheaper and they had the perfect fit with a more light weight sofa for my small apartment. The ordering and delivery and everything went smoothly except for the delivery folks dirty shoes.

The inventory was either too expensive or too large for the space. Thank goodness I came across an ad for a dresser listed on FB Market. It was exactly the style and color I wanted, and I saved so much money! It was one third the price, and looked just identical to the dresser I saw in one of the local furniture stores. I wanted to send a big mahalo to Grace the store owner, and the two employees Allene and Kilana for keeping it safe so it was there for me when I got to the store today. It was a perfect transaction and it was a perfect dresser.
