It was my first time coming. I called Tuesday and made an appointment for a haircut Wednesday May 20 at 10 am. I explained that I had fine gray one length hair. Appointment was made with Cathy. We discussed how much was to be taken off, 2 inches. My hair was almost to my bra line. My hair was Butchered! She washed and I was turned to the side when she cut. I asked for my hair to be cut straight across. When she dried my hair she cut again! May hair is now shoulder length. I know one length hair is not easy, but you do not keep cutting and cutting to correct. When she was done, I did not say anything, I was speechless. I knew if I said anything I would start crying, what was done was done... My hair is not even and now I have to go somewhere and have it corrected. read more

If I could I would give them a -5 stars. Walked in on Friday with a photo of a cut I loved..the first lady looked at it and told me she was not comfortable doing the cut it was not her forte ok I can respect that was thankful cuz I had a wedding the next day. Passes me off to another lady who shared she had been cutting hair so long she had retired and then returned cuz retirement was not for her. My hair looks NOTHING nothing like the photo I brought in. I have shed more tears over this messed up hair of mine than I have over the passing of loved ones. I would demand my money back but I don't know what the point would be. It's going to have to grow out before it can be fixed. Honestly giving my dog a set of clippers would have turned out better. Ughhhhhh beware read more

Tammy is awesome! This is the first time I have gotten my hair cut since chemo; after losing it I wanted to keep all I could once it started growing back. The thing is it seemed really thin no matter how much prenatal or biotin I took (which is another reason it took me so long to finally get my hair trimmed). Tammy did a hot oil treatment and cut it. I don't know how she did it but it is so much thicker now, plus the length is still there; even before chemo when I got my hair cut they would always say they had to take several inches off for some reason no matter where I went. I can't even really tell a difference in the length, but I can certainly tell the difference in the thickness and being able to run my fingers through my hair without getting tangled and being able to brush my hair without hair or split ends coming out. I've been paying over $60/month on Prenatal vitamins and Biotin pills with no luck. Tammy somehow did what they couldn't and for not nearly as much. I love her and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her - plus the entire salon, my Dad has been coming here for a very long time but I wasn't sure about a salon in a strip mall - I can't believe how great they are and way more affordable and better that's the expensive salons - before chemo I would spend upwards of $150 on just a haircut but I still was never as pleased as I am today with Tammy's haircut. She was very informative and helpful as to what kind of cut I should get also (most just leave it to me and I'm like 'you're the professional, you tell me!' She did and I love her!! read more

I've been to this place twice, and the first time I went to get my hair colored I had a great experience and the results were great. I just got finished with my second visit to get my hair colored, but Wendy (a stylist) missed multiple spots around the edges of my hair. I went back in to get it fixed and asked for a different stylist, but I was told Wendy had to fix it or I'd be charged for someone else to do it. I just got done again and in my car I noticed there was STILL a spot at the front of my windows peak that didn't get fixed. I doubt I'll return, and if you go don't let Wendy color your hair. read more
