Appointment was made with Cathy. We discussed how much was to be taken off, 2 inches. My hair was almost to my bra line. My hair was Butchered! She washed and I was turned to the side when she cut. I asked for my hair to be cut straight across. When she dried my hair she cut again! May hair is now shoulder length. I know one length hair is not easy, but you do not keep cutting and cutting to correct. When she was done, I did not say anything, I was speechless.
