Can't rate their service as they apparently don't want or need new customers. Stopped by the salon to make an appointment. Very pleasant staff person took my phone number, said she would give it to the stylists and that someone would call me. After a week I gave up waiting and found another salon that wanted a new customer. read more

I paid $60 for dip nail manicure (including tip) on Friday and it began chipping by Monday. This is dip nail polish and powder. I get three weeks without issue or any chipping when I go to my normal salon and even then, the only reason I'm getting a manicure after three weeks is because my nails have grown out. I have never had it only last three days. I will not be going back. Nice people and nice place, but they have people doing manicures in a rushed, untrained manner. I recommend going somewhere else if you don't want to pay $$ only to have your polish to chip in three days. I could have made regular polish last longer by myself at home. Ridiculous.
