This was my first time coming here, and the people were very nice. My pedicure was good, however my full set... not so much. Probably the worst I've ever gotten. I know it was an accident but the lady cut me with the drill and I left with a bloody finger. The polish job was awful, not ever going back.
I called 10 mins before to see if they an an opening and they did. I arrived the gentleman offered the color books and I picked out my colors for my toes and hands. I just needed a fill for my acrylic set and a pedicure with gel. Nancy did my feet and she was gentle and very detailed in the shape and polish. Ben did my fill and he was excellent as well. Finished in about 1 hour for both. Thank you and I'll be back in a few weeks .
What more can I say but I just keep coming back to Fabulous nails. From calling in for an appointment to finish, they're consistent with the quality of service. They don't scrimp on what they do for you and your nails. The vibe is respectful, professional, clean, bright and quiet. ATM on site. Credit cards are accepted. Mobile pay is available.
Recently got a gel pedicure and gel x nails. I had come in with old gel on my toes and the technician used a drill to remove as much layer as she could and she was so aggressive that she cut me more than once on both feet. Then she proceeds to spray the alcohol spray that they use when they're about to put the polish on and again I told her it stings. In between all of that she set the timer for 10 minutes for the massage yet during the "massage" she empties the bowl of water and proceeds to clean up. The polish was also done poorly. She kept painting on past the edges of the nail and would use a thin brush with acetone to clean it up but it would transfer over to all the cuts she created earlier!!! By that point I was already frustrated and angry. My gel x nails were also placed at the same time. I asked for almond shape and they were pointed. I asked if it can be rounded out more and the technician attempted however it was not rounded. The polish was also uneven. Some of the nails you can feel an indent. I basically had to file them down myself once I returned home from the poor job they did. I will not be coming back here
I was invited here by some friends for a girls day out, and I have to say, I was very impressed with the quality of their work. They had a special going on for a mani and pedi, so I went for it, and everything turned out great! The customer service was friendly and chatty, which made the experience even better. I loved how my nails turned out and ended up coming back a month later for a fill. I'll definitely keep coming back!
Only my 2nd time here..place and staff is good! But came on Monday to get a German pedicure.. half way threw the nail technician , with out any notice or communication she started to cut and pull out a hang nail...it hurt and I stared to bleed. It was swollen and red. Its now 2 days and its still sooo sore even to walk. I really hope I dont get a infection. It would have been ok if she told me she was gonna do and asked if it hurt. But she said nothing with even her seeing thr blood. Pic was that night .
After repeating visits to this nail salon the last few times I got my nails done, I believe this spot may have officially become my new go-to nail salon. The salon is extremely clean and well-maintained and the staff seems to be friendly and competent. This was the first salon where I tried dipped nails and I loved it. I was disappointed though because the gentleman who did those nails made it seem like I wouldn't need a full nail take-off the next time I got my nails done (which was NOT the case). I will now only get acrylics done moving forward. Tips MUST be given in cash and they do not allow the option to add them to the credit card. I don't agree with this practice, but it is what it is. Getting an appointment is easy and they have always sat me down immediately at my appointment time.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. The girls there are so rude. I will only give 1 star to My as she tried to correct the mistake Kim did. Vivian did my pedicure and she was horrible. She talked on her phone the whole time (er piece) and I paid extra for a massage and it was terrible. Kim was unprofessional and extremely rude. My gelx lifted after a couple Days and my nails cracked. Kim has a bad attitude and should not be doing nails. I will never go back to this place . read more

This place is the best. Clean, lots of different options in colors, great staff, nice vibe. My absolute fave is ANNIE she is amazing!! See pictures and let the work speak itself She is super detail and she always makes sure you are happy and love your nails and toes. My entire family goes with her (mom/ sisters and niece) if you are thinking of trying this place make sure to make an appt with Annie you won't regret it read more

My overall experience was nothing short of fabulous! Clean, fully staffed, and artists are at this spot. I got my nails done by Tim, I showed him a reference pic and he took over from there Also I really loved the shape and detailed work on the nail and it's edges. I would say it was my number 1 favorite set of nails I've ever had read more

Don't live close by anymore but worth the 25 min drive. I love the way they do my nails! Great variety of colors and they always leave the full set nails just the right thinness level. Wait times vary but I've been lucky enough that I haven't had to wait long, even on a weekend! read more

I recently moved back to the area and looking for a new nail place. The first time I came, I really had a great experience! The second time was a little rough... I came in on a Saturday right when they opened without an appointment and they still got me in! My baby shower was later in the day so I thought I would treat myself to a nice relaxing manicure and pedicure. Right away I realized that the lady was quite aggressive with her filing and was hurting my toes pretty bad. Did not care about my skin and just filing away at the nails and skin. Because of that, the rest of the pedicure was painful as my skin was raw. Then when she was filing my nails, same thing! Filed a hole in my finger! Then right after poured the acetone on it to get my previous gel off. I should have said something but I'm not one to complain. Today my toes and fingers are very sore with cuts all over them. I really do like this place but feel I should warn others of Kathy. read more
This is one of my favorite nail salons. They opened up only a few months ago (around December) and I decided to give it a try. The owners here are so nice and helpful but above all they salon is so clean. So first, everything is brand new but they also keep everything really clean. Since covid I have had my nails done 3 times. This is my favorite and they always exceed my expectations. They take their health of everyone into account but also do a really good job of nails. I was quoted 40-45 for very short acrylic nails with no design. John finished my nails very quickly, when it came time to charge me he said "$30.... I mean uhhh $48". I never get my nails done always do them myself, I got engaged so I wanted to treat myself. I hate coming to places where you feel ripped off. Businesses make MORE money in the long run when they focus on costumer retention and satisfaction, then making a quick buck. read more

I just moved from Los Angeles to the IE area and was looking for a nail spot, I read great reviews and had to try this place, I called just to make an appointment cause I know how weekends can get pretty busy. The person who answered the phone was very polite and welcoming. I confirmed my appointment and when I went in, I was greeted by every person regardless if they were helping a person out , which was nice. The place was very bright and had a lot of selection of nail color. I did like how they did tell me to wash my hands before touching the selection. I waited for about ten minutes before being seen, which I understand. I received a Gel Manicure and deluxe pedicure l, I needed a little TLC since I just had a baby and needed a little refresh. I was very happy with my ended result. I will definitely come back here. read more
I was in desperate need of a pedicure since I hadn't had one in months due to COVID. I found out this was one of the few salons open and operating outdoors at the moment, so I made an appointment. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because even with the appointment I had to wait 30 minutes for my pedicure, and it was SO hot outside! However, I understand it's a Friday and they're doing the best they can with the limited space outside. Overall, I was really impressed and pleased with the services. Customer service was great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They had plastic dividers separating each station, which made me feel more comfortable. read more

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The owners are incredibly friendly! They remember you by name & truly care about their customers. I went to 7 different nail salons before finding this gem of a place! It's so clean & relaxing! Their choice in colors for dips is phenomenal. I always have Danny do my nails because he is fantastic but they are all truly great! If you are looking for a relaxing and amazing nail salon to go to ... look no further. P.S. Annie does my dip manicure and she does an amazing job every time! .. she works quickly but still does a perfect job and makes sure all the details are done well .. all the other staff are great too and are very friendly and helpful .. I jumped 3-4 times Finally had to tell Kathy you are cutting my toe ( tell her before she cut my toe off I paid but no tip just $5 tip for eyebrows Now this means I can't do Zumba classes the next 2 days She gave a excuse but if there's a legit reason I'm not buying it I've never had this happen before. Not Fabulous, Not Friendly, Not Worth it. I had high hopes for this place. The prices were good but the work and service was not. I had a very rushed dip manicure, she cut me and made my fingers bleed in multiple places with the drill, no green antiseptic was applied. The woman doing my pedicure burned my feet with the callous remover, she couldn't even scrub them after because it was so painful. The skin on my feet is cut all over, hurts to walk and wear socks at the moment. My daughter had acrylics put on by Jonathan, he was very rushed and aggressive with her. She is 13 and is too polite to say something. I didn't know she was unhappy until we left since I was in the pedicure chair behind here. $140 later and we're not happy, my feet hurt 12 hours later and my dip nail is thick and ugly. We won't be back. My feet are dry, I get pedicures every months and this has never happened. I'm very disappointed. read more

I'm so done looking!!! This place hit it on all cylinders!! They're extremely CLEAN!! They take their time with you, which means the wait time can be long so if you have time it's so worth it!! Or I would recommend making an appointment. They have a credit card machine but they prefer tips in cash. The lady was extremely sweet and corrected my nails that the last place screwed up so bad! She was very gentle when taking off my acrylic nails and didn't even damage my nails! My nails weren't thin after or anything! They have a HUGE color selection as well as a complimentary coffee machine (I was dancing inside) haha But again If possible I would make an Appt, but I've seen work from almost all of the workers and I was very impressed!! read more

I just recently moved to Upland and this nail salon had good reviews so I decided to check it out. The salon is very clean, nice, and well organized, the staff was super welcoming and friendly, and the man who did my nails didn't catch his name) did them exactly how I envisioned them. He took the time to do them perfectly and I love how they came out. The woman who did my pedicure was also super friendly and gentle, I also didn't get her name but she had long hair with bangs and wore eyeliner. She also did a great job. The pricing was also fair. I will definitely be coming back to this salon. 10/10 would recommend! :) read more
