Nice salon. Had a pedicure, she sped through it and polish was messy. After choosing a $38 pedicure off of the menu I was notified that gel polish would be $13 extra, which is not stated on the menu. I have never, ever been charged extra for gel polish with a pedicure in this price range. Honestly giving this place an extra star because my friend has had great experiences here with Marcus as her nail tech. He does a beautiful job from what I can see from her nails and comparing her experience to mine with another technician that works there. Because of hearing her great experiences and how her nails look, I decided to join her to get my nails done. I don't get my nails done often so I wanted to treat myself with a gel x set. They did not have the short coffin in stock so they used medium size and trimmed them and shaped them for me. Some of my finger nails were crooked and it was not coffin shape after the reshape. My nail tech also cut four of my cuticles while using her instruments. Two fingers on each hand and they were pretty deep cuts. It was a painful experience for me. She completed my nails in less than an hour so I feel like there was no quality assurance with her. She didn't even ask me if I liked it at the end. She probably knew she did a terrible job. I didn't say anything because my friend really likes this place but I don't think I will be returning. read more

Today was my second time here at Bella Nails & Spa. I loved it!! . After having bad experiences at several other nail spas I was beginning to think it was me. Lol. I just needed to find a spa that met all my normal requirements: 1) good customer service, 2) good nail service, 3) salon cleanliness and 4) affordable. Bella Nails met all my expectations and more!! They were so nice and accommodating. Karen, the manager, is busy but takes time to acknowledge her guests and makes you feel at ease. The first time I had Len for my nails and Kathy for my pedicure. Both were excellent! This time I again had Len for my nails and Dina for my pedicure. They were both great!! Len took the time to explain about my nails and how to grow them and Dina took extra special attention on my toe that I had 2 ingrown toe procedures on. Additionally the shop is sooo relaxing as they have the air conditioning on ( which many salons don't), they play soft relaxing music and have relaxing videos playing on the TV. However, my experience this past Saturday was disappointing enough I've decided not to return. I had a 1pm appointment with IVY and ended up waiting a full hour with NO clear communication. After the first 30 mins, I asked for another manicurist. JAY told me no one else could take me and IVY would be with me shortly. Another 30 mins went by with no updates. I told them I had to leave and JAY urged me to stay longer without offering a sincere apology or explanation beyond the fact the previous client "had too much design." I understand delays happen, but the lack of consideration for my time and the absence of any real acknowledgment from either IVY or JAY made the experience feel unprofessional. Clear communication and accountability go a long way, and unfortunately that was missing here. read more

I've been coming here for a while now. For many years I searched for a place to consistently visit for my pedicures. I have been remiss in not leaving a review. This place is always clean the technicians are nice and the guy at the host stand is efficient. During COVID you have to have an appointment. They are diligent in keeping you safe and healthy as well as their staff. You can use a credit card for the services but for tip it is 'Cash Only' so keep that in mind when making an appointment. Christine is marvelous I highly recommend her. I mentioned that I was on blood thinners and she was careful I also told her about pressure on the calf I had the blood clot in (some time ago) and she checked with me to confirm that she was fine on her massage. I used to enjoy coming here, but over the past year the service has really declined. Despite making appointments you often have to wait. My last visit they had the nerve to try and give me a pedicure in a chair that was broken. They had the massage buttons taped over in foil and after putting my feet in the water and attempting to turn on the massage the tech says "oh it's broken." That's terrible customer service to not disclose that after my feet were already wet and submerged in the basin. They did offer to move me to another chair, but I had to wait despite having an appointment. read more

While my nails were drying the owner tried to cut my time short and tell me they were dry after the technician had just come over and told me to stay longer bc the polish I used was really thick and would mess up easily. I had to give the owner a whole explanation bc she wanted me out. Very rude lady, I don't remember her being there before. To top it off as I was leaving the female owner RAN after me Yelling " you no pay me!" I turned around let her know I still have the receipt if she wanted to take a look, she said "oh" "hahaha" and laughed it off! When I used to come here I would have Susan do my pedicure and she is amazing ! Quality of the work depends on who you get. Also be prepared to spend at least 90 min to over two hours for mani and pedi. I went in last time and my appt with the lady I specifically requested was not honored. And since I couldn't wait, I settled for someone else. The mani dip turned out to be about a B- and just that alone took over 1.5 hours, no pedi. People are nice, place is clean, but time and quality means a lot too.
