I've been going here for almost a year. Hanna does a great pedicure, and I have been having fun playing with decals with Lyn. This year's fall nails turned out amazing. Jay keeps everything running smoothly. Very clean and great atmosphere.

You can see my pinky and ring fingers are cut. Nails could have been filed a little more a defined coffin shape.

Honestly giving this place an extra star because my friend has had great experiences here with Marcus as her nail tech. He does a beautiful job from what I can see from her nails and comparing her experience to mine with another technician that works there. Because of hearing her great experiences and how her nails look, I decided to join her to get my nails done. I don't get my nails done often so I wanted to treat myself with a gel x set. They did not have the short coffin in stock so they used medium size and trimmed them and shaped them for me. Some of my finger nails were crooked and it was not coffin shape after the reshape. My nail tech also cut four of my cuticles while using her instruments. Two fingers on each hand and they were pretty deep cuts. It was a painful experience for me. She completed my nails in less than an hour so I feel like there was no quality assurance with her. She didn't even ask me if I liked it at the end. She probably knew she did a terrible job. I didn't say anything because my friend really likes this place but I don't think I will be returning.

Nice salon. Had a pedicure, she sped through it and polish was messy. After choosing a $38 pedicure off of the menu I was notified that gel polish would be $13 extra, which is not stated on the menu. I have never, ever been charged extra for gel polish with a pedicure in this price range. To top my visit off the gentleman in charge shorted my change by $20, thank goodness I noticed before walking out the door. I'm tired of paying good money for mediocre service! read more

This place gave me the worst set of nails I've ever had. I wanted to cry.. all I can say is think twice before booking here for acrylic full set. I went somewhere else within 10 days because I couldn't live with the horrible quality this place did. read more

I've been coming to this salon for the past few months and have generally been happy with the work IVY does. However, my experience this past Saturday was disappointing enough I've decided not to return. I had a 1pm appointment with IVY and ended up waiting a full hour with NO clear communication. After the first 30 mins, I asked for another manicurist. JAY told me no one else could take me and IVY would be with me shortly. Another 30 mins went by with no updates. I told them I had to leave and JAY urged me to stay longer without offering a sincere apology or explanation beyond the fact the previous client "had too much design." I understand delays happen, but the lack of consideration for my time and the absence of any real acknowledgment from either IVY or JAY made the experience feel unprofessional. Clear communication and accountability go a long way, and unfortunately that was missing here. read more

I love love love my coming here for my manicure and pedicure! I can't recommend the shop enough. It's clean, peaceful, and great prices. As for my technicians -- Christine is so talented and takes so much pride in her work. I have tried just about everything with her and there's nothing she hasn't perfected. Currently I'm doing Gel X nails and couldn't be happier! Kelly is also so very talented and takes her time with my pedicures. She is so gentle, gives a great massage and paints my toes so well -- I always leave happy! I have been getting my nails done at Bella Nails since 2019. Linda is the best for a dip manicure, she takes her time and does it right and shapes them perfect every time. I've never had a nail break when she does them, whether they are long or short. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Jay makes sure I'm taken care of with appointments and is so friendly when I come in, he always greets me by name. It is also the cleanest salon I've been to and is bright and welcoming. I've been coming here for a while now. For many years I searched for a place to consistently visit for my pedicures. I have been remiss in not leaving a review. This place is always clean the technicians are nice and the guy at the host stand is efficient. During COVID you have to have an appointment. They are diligent in keeping you safe and healthy as well as their staff. You can use a credit card for the services but for tip it is 'Cash Only' so keep that in mind when making an appointment. Christine is marvelous I highly recommend her. I mentioned that I was on blood thinners and she was careful I also told her about pressure on the calf I had the blood clot in (some time ago) and she checked with me to confirm that she was fine on her massage. Highly recommend Kelly @ Bella Nails. I would give her 10 stars but Yelp only goes up to five stars, unfortunately . Kelly is the best - a true nail artist! She is very skilled ,professional, practices excellent hygiene and always does a great job. She is not rough and takes pride in her work. She always gives me a the wonderful manicure and pedicure. The pedicure and manicure is great with a wonderfully relaxing massage. She makes sure every client is happy with her work and has extremely great customer service.. I got a pedicure and fill (with cut down of my fingernails) and spent nearly $100. The pedicure was fine but my nails ended up being uneven and some nails were messed up. I didn't realize this until I left and I was in a hurry. I love the customer service here but just not happy spending nearly $100 for poor quality nails. read more

This used to be my favorite spot in upland for nails and pedicures. Yesterday they were Sloppy with my acrylics and sloppy with my pedicure. While my nails were drying the owner tried to cut my time short and tell me they were dry after the technician had just come over and told me to stay longer bc the polish I used was really thick and would mess up easily. I had to give the owner a whole explanation bc she wanted me out. Very rude lady, I don't remember her being there before. To top it off as I was leaving the female owner RAN after me Yelling " you no pay me!" I turned around let her know I still have the receipt if she wanted to take a look, she said "oh" "hahaha" and laughed it off! When I used to come here I would have Susan do my pedicure and she is amazing ! This time I had an appointment with her and they assigned me someone else who did a really sloppy job with the polish streaks. Sooooo disappointed with my nails !!!!!! read more

I requested for an appointment online more than a week in advance and received a confirmation text the same day. I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. She made me feel comfortable and it was almost painless. I would come back again. It's a few dollars less expensive if you pay with cash and I happened to have cash on me so I saved a few bucks.

I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)

Came here Wednesday because my usual spot doesnt tray me the same since I doubt frequent as much, figured I'd try to find another spot. Bad choice! I went with my daughter and they rushed thru us. We wanted short nails not cut down to the skin. If you don't want Polish on your hands don't go here! Even if you want polish don't go! The woman got mad when I said no polish?? (Last I checked they were my nails! ) My French tips on my toes are horrible and my nails are gross looking peeling around my cuticles etc horrible job irritated skin and inflamed our finger tips! Total rip off 60 bucks for sore finger tips cause our nails are so short! Never going here again! read more
