I have now been here twice. First they extracted a tooth and then did an implant. Every person I have interacted with has been professional and so helpful. I was asked more than once if I had any questions and if I was okay throughout the entire procedure. When I had issues after the extraction and had questions someone called me back quickly. Fargo, If Hell is on Earth, it's located right inside of Face and Jaw. The clinician and office managers are rude, dismissive, unaccountable liars. They messed up my paperwork and made excuses for it, deflected and after 3 calls, 4 arguments and tears asking that they see me to address the paperwork, post op pain, brusies and concerns I had, they didn't agree until I told them I'd go get a second opinion which I was already getting to and they made it clear that regardless of the outcome (even if severe, mind you) that they would not update the paperwork. Sure enough, after being seen by someone else, it's said I now have severe bone trauma with sharp bones sticking out and piercing my gums, dry socket in 3 places an infection and I will need a referral for a 3DCBT scan. I'll be reporting them to the ND Board of Dental Examiners and I'm considering filing a lawsuit. All they had to do was see me without all of the catty back and forth, especially since I was never given a thorough post op report nor did the nurse that called me back the day after surgery note my concerns. They just noted me as fine, which I specifically said I wasn't, noted normal post op issues and marked me as coherent. But its ok. I have ALL of my conversations with them recorded as well as documentation proving what UNUM asked of them, which is for specific patient limitations and a diagnosis (not general best case scenarios), I have new referrals and notes from another provider that addresses their medical mistakes and my recordings with proof of their professional errors. Terrible, terrible service. And it's sad because the surgeon wasn't a bad guy. read more

I was supposed to be "out" during oral surgery. I was not. This experience has caused several nightmares since surgery. It was very traumatic and painful. I would not recommend this to anyone if you have any dental anxiety. read more

completely unprofessional. they have a text service to confirm your appointment which I replied and confirmed that I'd be there 3 days before my surgery. then called at 2 pm on their work day to confirm, got the after hours service and she confirmed she'd let the right people know I'd be there. called the morning of surgery and they said they canceled me because they didn't hear back from me within business hours, on their site it says open until 2:30. they were very unpleasant and stuck up read more

I just had oral surgery performed by Dr. Gray today. The entire experience from pre-operative planning, documentation/record entry/patient intake to the actual procedure was excellent. Dr. Gray and his staff took time to make sure I understood the procedure that was being performed, that I was comfortable during the procedure and provided me with excellent post operative instructions to make sure I have a speedy recovery! Hello! Remember me? I had extensive oral surgery over a year ago to pull 17 top teeth and three wisdom teeth in preparation for dentures. I asked the surgeon, Dr. Gray, if he could just take all my wisdom teeth while I was in there, because why go back, right? He said he would, AND he said I only had three. Wahoo, right? How lucky am I that I only had three? Funny story-I have had a sore in my mouth for weeks where there "is no tooth." I finally break down and go to a dentist here in my new home in Iowa, and guess what?! You left a tooth! Now I get to spend 400 bucks tomorrow to have something removed that I was told (and paid for) was removed over a year ago! So, thanks for the extensive pain last year, and for the pain I am in today, and the more pain my mouth and pocketbook will be in tomorrow. Fargo residents-do yourself a favor and go SOMEWHERE ELSE! Unless of course you enjoy being lied to and having to pay for something to be done twice. If that floats your boat, then this is the place to go! read more

I recently had a tooth removed by Dr. Gray and his assistant Hovland (sorry first name is escaping me...). They were very professional and down to earth. It was very well done and I had no complications. Once Dr. Gray completed it, miss Hovland thoroughly went through everything I needed to do to avoid complications. Very good people. I highly recommended this place based on those two and the experience I had. I read the other review before having work done by them and it was about unprofessionalism. I was on the lookout based on that review and I believe that was a receptionist. One of them was definitely awkward and I overheard a conversation she was having with an older woman... kind of snarky and down talking... but that aside... would definitely go back/work for them, based on the Dr/assistant/their skill. read more
