I really appreciated that level of accountability, so I decided to come back and give this place another try and I'm so glad I did. This time, I specifically asked for a different tech, and the experience was completely different. Holly was the main person who worked with me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly meticulous, patient, and really paid attention to every little detail. She spent almost 2 hours on my nails and made sure everything was done properly without rushing. Gil (I believe that's her name as I didn't catch it at the beginning) also helped during the process, which honestly made the whole experience feel even more attentive and pampering. Between the two of them, I felt really well taken care of. Holly even apologized at the beginning for my prior experience, even though it wasn't her fault at all, which I really appreciated. She constantly checked in to make sure I liked how my nails were turning out and was more than willing to fix even the smallest detail before I left. I mention all this first because I've had horrible experience elsewhere in the past. Her pictures go without saying- the lashes look great! Your lashes but BETTER. She really listens to you and will be honest if what you're trying to achieve isn't possible or if another style would be fun to try or even look more ideal with your eye lash anatomy. I get my fills every 3 weeks (I think the typical is 2-ish) because I get good lash retention following her easy lash care instructions.
