We booked with Norma based on available time and proximity to our hotel. I am ever so glad we picked her. We showed up at a townhouse, super cute, but I thought for sure I had the wrong place. We entered a space that was clean and calming. Norma's demeanor was professional, welcoming, and very soothing. My mother explained we were trying to do a mother-daughter day. Norma smiled and said it would be her pleasure to care for us both. We had side-by-side rooms. After a quick assessment, she recommended receiving the Signature Facial for both of us. She juggled us both without showing a sense of being juggled. I felt very calm and cared for but most importantly, I felt that Norma was taking the most excellent care of my Mother.
