I'm not sure who I texted with as they never asked my name or gave me theirs. I booked a 10am appointment the day before my trip and the woman opening the place was late. She came in with no acknowledgement of me, on a very loud phone call and unlocked the door. She stayed on the phone while I had a seat in the waiting area and continued to open the salon. After about 10 mins she finally spoke to me asking if I was here for a spray tan (still had her cell phone to her ear) then she went back to finally set up the spray tan area. The whole process was very quick and when I mentioned a cover for my white nail polish she brushed it off and told me they would be fine. Surprise! My manicure was ruined with a brown stain over them. She did not give me a full coverage spray and even after I told her this was only my second time being sprayed gave me no advice or care. The tan itself was not done well. She had a dirty towel she used with the spray machine and could barely work it when we were starting. At the end she put a fan on me and told me to wait 20 seconds and get dressed and was out the door before I could ask a question! Horrible service. Horrible experience. Horrible tan. For $50 I expect a lot more than what I got and will definitely be going anywhere else from now on.

The business website allows you to select a time slot which we did with no problem. The day before the appointment I received a text message which stated this slot (4:30pm) is unavailable due to it being the time our assigned staff usually"picks up her son" and "has no other transportation" arrangements. She also stated that the other staff member would only be available at 6pm. Forcing us to pick another day and time, which we were unable to do at this time. If there is no staff available for certain time slots it should not be available for clients to select. Slots were available for 4:30pm and 5:30 pm. But this was false. Also two of us booked appointments for this slot separately, but I was the ONLY one notified. I asked out of curiosity if she was planning to notify the other client or if she needed me to (since I knew her) and she stated "you can notify her" after 10pm she reported that she would send my friend an email, which my friend never received. Needless to say we requested a refund. Poor customer service! Poor customer

For both my friend and I, this visit couldn't have come at a better time. Let's just say I had a medical issue that morning and was hoping this visit would cure my ailments; It Did! Christy, who assisted us, asked us about our medical history and based on what we were dealing with, she chose herbs that would treat those issues. This is TMI, but I was dealing with hemorrhoids and trapped gas that morning and thought I was going to the hospital. Before we got there, I was gently sitting due to the pain, when I left I had no pain at all. As a matter of fact the hemorrhoids shrank! Unbelievable! Christy was great! She was very educated on the herbs and their purpose. She was very attentive to our needs and expected outcomes. The place is small, but intimate. There was good music playing, lit candles, and string lights. If I had to give it a strike for something, it would be the bathroom. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either. It didn't go with the vibe, of the rest of the place. Will I return, of course, it is worth the money.

I'm very particular about my eyebrows when it comes to getting them done and she did phenomenal. Exactly what I asked for, she did with no problem. I asked if she had sugar wax for a Brazilian due to me being allergic to regular soft and hard wax, she literally offered to schedule me for another day just so she could go get sugar wax, just to accommodate me. That's exceptional customer service and she for sure is my new brow lady in Charlotte. Been here 7 years from New York and finally found someone who does them exactly right.
