Discovered Ella's on a whim while searching Yelp for a good spa business. Hard to find anywhere with FIVE STAR reviews these days so I had to give them a try and I was not disappointed. The place was clean and serene. I purchased the Deluxe Sauna package which included a private sauna session, paraffin wax for hands and feet, a one-hour massage, a facial, and complimentary wine, and a small gift basket filled with specialty soaps and lotion. Delightful! My partner and I went to Ella's for a couples massage today even though we had never been there before. From the moment we stepped in the door until the very last second we were treated extremely well. You get more than your monies worth from this establishment. Y'all! Ella's is a hidden gem that I am so glad I found! My massage therapists name was Autumn- she was absolutely phenomenal! Autumn took the time to understand what my needs were before we started the session, and we debriefed at the end. The entire time she ensured that I was comfortable- which speaks volumes about her client awareness. Autumn also took the time to explain what muscle groups needed more attention, and she wrote down those muscles on my water cup at the end so I wouldn't forget. She took her time to explain specific stretches that I could do to improve my posture, as well as better sleeping habits that will help ease my muscle tension. 10/10 will be going back ASAP! read more

Alright here goes, I'm a huge review person so I read everywhere and Ella's has amazing reviews and for good reason! My husband and I both had never had a massage so we booked a couples package for our anniversary and we were not let down, after relaxing for twenty minutes in the sauna , we were led back to the massage room where we were greeted with our choice of wine and fruit, then the massage... ABSOLUTELY HEAVENLY! My husband said he wants to start going every couple months, we were moisturized with warming and essential oils and then just when we thought it couldn't get any better, we were sent out the door with cake, flowers, and a gift basket. My daughter and her boyfriend went for the couples massage package. They had an absolutely great time. It included a 60 minute massage, 30 minutes in the sauna, lots of gifts and a photo. Today was my first time there, I actually purchased a Groupon prior to covid and it was extended so I finally got to use it. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family! I was given a tour of the spa and explained everything they offer. I sat down in the pemf treatment and was explained every detail about it as I enjoyed a glass of wine. Everyone was so friendly.
