I am a former customer of this Spa. Both my daughter and my husband gave me Groupons because it is the nearest spa. I doubt they knew I was an existing customer. I too phoned and received horrible customer service. My facials are both subject to a fee of $20. Per Groupon. And I can't combine them. They don't seem to know what customer service is and why they offer Groupons is a mystery! I'm going back to Spa Sydell, wherever they have moved to! read more

I just moved to this area and am looking for a place for my monthly facial routine. Small spa and friendly people (at the beginning), but they were BIG on pushing their membership club, which I'm not very keen on... One interesting thing that I noticed from reading the reviews: 1. seems like the owner's name is Judy and the very first review of this place is from a lady named Judy. 2. Most all negative reviews are from people who are real (you can see picture, # of friends and #of reviews), and most of the good reviews are from people who don't have much history/#of reviews. My husband had purchased a gift card for me for Christmas for Facelogic, and I was so excited to use it! The location near us had closed down, so I called the Roswell store and asked if they would honor the gift card. They told me they would. After receiving my facial, I checked out at the front desk, buying several products and using the gift card for the cost of the facial. The lady accepted the gift card, I paid for the products and I left. About 20 minutes later, I received a phone call saying they would NOT honor the gift card, and they were going to use my credit card on file to charge me for the facial. I was quite upset. My husband talked to another person at the store, and she told us that our card would be credited and she apologized for the confusion. The owner, however, came back and said she would not accept the gift card, and we had come in to make a payment for the cost of the facial. It was a VERY disappointing experience. Facelogic has lost any future business with me, my family and my friends. What was supposed to be a nice gift turned into a huge hassle! This was my first facial, and I was looking forward to many more! I will continue to get facials...just never again at Facelogic. read more

Facials are pretty good but the owner is unprofessional. She picks what she would like to enforce in the contract. Not worth the hassle. If you ever have an issue she has no desire to resolve it. read more

The spa treatments are okay. The problem I have with them is when I requested to cancel my membership, they continued to charge me. I was unable to get a refund even though they admitted it was their fault. They wanted me to keep coming to use up the amount. Other spas allow you to give your monthly treatments to friends and family, but they don't. I left pretty unhappy. read more

I got a groupon for a massage/Facial. First they did not ask me if i opted for the massage or facial and then did not check if I was comfortable having a male or female masseuse. I then signed up for the deep tissue massage- additional $10 but they assigned a male masseuse who was pretty new (1 month) who was so "gentle" that all he did was put on the scrub and wiped it off. The worst customer service I have experienced while trying to book a service. I am new to the area and was excited to buy a groupon and tryout a massage. I called to ask about availability and if their therapists were able to do massages on pregnant women. The first woman I spoke to said yes and yes. Then while trying to complete the service she asked me to hold and put another person on the phone. This lady told me the $47 dollar groupon didn't exist and that there was a $44 or $59 dollar option. I then said great I'll do the $44 option and she said I had to pay groupon what they listed. I said ok and the she said she needed to charge me $35 additional for being pregnant. I asked why and she said I needed to lay on my side not on my stomach. That made 0 sense for and up charge. She then said she would upgrade me if I bought the $59 groupon. I was starting to feel that this was a very long and complex process to book a massage but I agreed and began to look for the groupon. There was only a $64 facial on groupon. I told her this and she said "well I guess you will have to pay $64." I explained that I went from booking at $47 massage to a $64 massage bc of issues in pricing that she was having with groupon. She then told me it wasn't her problem it my my issue with groupon. I told her that I found her to be unhelpful and she told me to look for services else where and that I was endangering my baby by not wanting the $35 upgrade. Then she hung up on me!!!! I found out about Facelogic on Groupon. I had a facial and peel with Jessica. The employees are very friendly and the set up is very interesting. There is a large room that has several stations with dividers in it. The room is very peaceful, spa music, low lighting. I know there is a membership plan for Facelogic but they didn't push it on you to join, just informed you of it. They also recommended a few products (just the right amount- again, not trying to force sales). I will def. be returning!! read more

Ok I dont know what these other people are talking about. I had a great experience. Everyone I met was nice. I will admit it was a little different, it's a more open spa environment with barriers in between therapists..so that's the only downside but I still had a really enjoyable experience. I had one of the best facials ever, seriously.. by Stephanie. Her massage and facial massage technique was so good! She's really knowledgeable about skin and knows what she's doing. It was super relaxing. I love that they offer Eminence organics..in fact that's why I decided to go there bc I love those products so much. Glad I did. I would NEVER NEVER go back to this place nor ever recommend it to anyone. My partner and I had groupons for a spa treatment for 2 which included a massage, a facial and a body scrub for each of us. This was one of the things we were going to do for my 50th birthday. We drove 45 miles to this place to be told that they had booked our appointment wrong. They had me for a facial and my partner for a massage. They DID NOT try to remedy thier mistake, which they admitted was thier fault due to being "overwhelmed by groupon people" and stated "I will tell my boss never to use groupon again if I have anything to do with it" They said we could do the treatments they booked us for and there was nothing else they could do, so basically they were saying we will give you a $49.00 facial for $175.00!!!! They did not try to accomadate us at all and again blamed it on the groupon specials that their boss advertised. We stated we would never come back to this spa nor recommend it and they stated "we don't blame you" at that point we walked out the door, called groupon and got a refund. A facial for me done by my Esthetician is like a holiday at the beach...so relaxing and invigorating at the same time! I am a Rep for a major beauty company so my skin looking great is very important to me. I love, love, love my Esthetician, but I'm not going to say who it is because she is so amazing I have enough trouble getting an appointment with her now without turning you all on to her, too! read more

Facelogic Roswell is close to home and a convenient location. They have memberships for monthly facial or massage. Prices for facials and massage with a membership are a little cheaper. Everybody at this location is very friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. It's clean, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. I have been a member of this lovely facial spa since it opened. I go on a monthly basis and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and professional and I always leave feeling relaxed and my skin looks much clearer. I would recommend Facelogic to anyone I know. Bought a Groupon for $40 toward a bikini wax or other services and the salon wouldn't honor the other services which is what I wanted. The girl I spoke with was supposed to check with the owner but never returned called back. I was excited about the possibility of trying this salon's services since it is close to my house. I have never left a negative review before, but I advise anyone looking to go here to reconsider. There were so many things wrong with my visits that I'll just give the main issues. I went here twice as part of a package deal that had to be broken up since they apparently we're too busy for me to do all the (facial then massage) services the first time.I would understand if they weren't so rude about how inconvient it would be to schedule me in, either way they did and I had to wait to be seen with an appointment 30 minutes nearly the first time and 15 minutes the second(also with appointment). The facial, after I listed my allergies, I was terribly allergic to and I broke out like crazy from it. Though frustrating, I returned for the massage. I waited 15 minutes for the massage that was literally the worst massage I have ever received. After being asked which areas to focus on (my shoulders, that's it) I was told that wouldn't be possible without an upgrade. Let's do the upgrade then...except the masseuse didn't have time for that somehow. I was supposed to receive a 60 minute signature swedish with a salt scrub. The person gave such a lousy fluff massage that a child could have done better, it was cut nearly 20 minutes short, and the salt scrub never happened. It was so loud since nothing is truly private there at all that relaxing was impossible! I still paid full price by the way for already VERY overpriced services.The whole experience was so upsetting that I don't even want a refund, a manager, or anyone or anything from that business bothering me ever again. I only hope this review will prevent someone else from going through the constant upsets that I had to go through. read more
