It was a beautiful place and lovely experience. I am a person, however that doesn't do "nothing" well. You have to be able to completely relax with nothing at all. It's just not something I'm good at. But I would recommend this place for anyone that does do that well!!m

I love coming here for a salt float. It's a great hour to relax and unwind with the benefits of salt therapy. I got a massage for the first time here today it was amazing. I am signing up for the massage package. Love the details from the inspirational quotes they give you to the cute changing area. They also have a dry salt room and a few other experiences you can try.

This location is a hidden gem! It sits in a office park and seems to be innocuous, but what wonders await inside. Parking is plentiful. Once inside you still think it is just okay, but once in you are stunned by the offerings. You have a seating area where you change into spa shoes, nothing special, but needed for the experience. I signed up for the three 45 minute Dry Salt Room sessions. I was lucky to have the sessions by myself, but the room can easily accommodate 4 people at a time. The leather reclining chairs are comfortable. Once in the room, the dry salt generator starts emitting a fine mist of the dry salt. The 45 minutes go by fast, but once you are finished you have a fine dusting of salt on your hair, skin and clothes. I think this has helped with my ezcema and psoriasis. But, this is not all they offer! They have Float sessions, Infrared Sauna, Massages and IonCleanse. I think I might try the float session next. The visits were wonderful and the staff is excellent! I think I will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my experience at the Salt Float Spa. While I may not choose to do another salt float due to falling asleep, I did appreciate the personalized massage. I look forward to returning for another massage and to try the sauna.

Quick summary: I paid for the $50 trial special. A few things, including one fairly major thing, hurt the experience. I'll let you read the previous review for details if you want. Was my experience overall good? Mmm, I'd say it was fine. Cryotherapy and red light saunas were as advertised. Facial seemed to be performed well. I didn't want to get into any arguments, but I truly didn't notice a real difference in the before and after pic. I ultimately decided to up my review because the owner sold me on how much she genuinely cares. This is surprisingly rare, especially these days. I've dealt with management/ownership of many businesses over my years of writing on Yelp. I still remember Chef Gilberto personally thanking me for my positive review of Chichen Itza back in 2013. I can tell you that owner Micheline M. is definitely one of the good ones. I am now potentially going to inquire about their new ad and how they can help me lose 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks. I wholeheartedly trust Micheline's management of this business.

Instead of telling him he had the wrong place, they sold him a gift card anyway and said I could use it at their Smyrna location. They don't have a Smyrna location--Natural Body does. If they have to rely on deception to get people to purchase services, I'm not even sure I want to use my gift card. I feel like I can't trust this company. EDIT: I optimistically scheduled a facial with this spa at the Perimeter location. When I arrived, I was told there was no record of my reservation. I was asked to wait in the lounge area, and then I was told I couldn't get a facial because the facialist was sick. I'm still not sure if they messed up their scheduling or if they forgot to call me when the facialist called in sick. To their credit, the spa did offer me a complimentary 45 minutes in their salt room. The salt room is a room with 4 inches of salt on the floor, salt lamps around the room, and a salt-crusted wall. Salty air is also blown in. I was directed to sit in an Adirondack chair but was told to remain fully clothed. I sat in the room as directed, but I received no discernable benefit as the salt never touched my skin. On the way out, I used the ladies room. There was no soap. I decided I would absolutely not trust the cleanliness of a spa that didn't even provide soap in the restroom. I asked to use my gift card towards the purchase of beauty products instead. After a lot of hard selling on their part, and negotiating on mine, I ended up walking out with a peeling mask and a bottle of toner. I spent an additional $70 to buy these items, bringing my total to $170 (including the gift card). The mask and toner are nice enough, but supremely overpriced. To be honest, I only purchased them so my husband wouldn't feel bad my gift turned out to be a dud (again, not his fault at all). I looked this company up online, and they actually have several scam reports filed against them. I do not recommend this spa.

Awful Spa Experience. I highly recommend that you NOT go here…read more My daughter treated me to spa package for my birthday and Mother's day that included a body scrub, massage, facial, and tea, which we did together. Unfortunately, the wet body scrub in a cold room left the table sheets damp, cold and very uncomfortable for my massage on the same table. The masseuse was reluctant to turn on an air heater at my request since it would make her "dizzy" since she was physically active. She finally turned on a room heater, but I was still very cold during my massage from the wet, cold sheets. Midway through the massage, the masseuse got the manager, and I waited outside the room while they put dry sheets on the table. However, very little time was left of the massage and the room was still cold (the heater had been turned off and I had to ask for it to be turned on again), so I never got the relaxing massage I was hoping for. Both times that I got on the table, the masseuse did not line me up straight and centered on the table. She also left a hot stone next to my arm which startled me and was quite hot. Meanwhile, the background music kept skipping intermittently which also made it hard to relax. I recommend skipping the $40 tea which we were rushed through. It consisted of an almost tasteless slice of tiramisu, a small tasteless Madeline wrapped in plastic (why was there only one for two people?), one chocolate, and peach tea. The tea is overpriced and needs improvement. The bottom line is that the body scrub and the massage were 100% an awful experience. The manager gave me 75% off the body scrub; 10% off the unrelaxing, cold and wet massage; and comped the tea. This was not enough to offset what was supposed to be a special, relaxing, pleasurable spa experience with my daughter, but instead was disappointing, unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

We live in Nashville and I miss having a Korean spa around after having had many visits to a very large famous Korean spa in Dallas. I have visited ATL before just for a visit to a local competitor which had grown disappointing. We are SO GLAD we visited this place! It was clean and a nice size! Some of these (been to them in Dallas/ATL/Chicago/NY) can be smaller. This one has nice large saunas though not clearly marked as to temp*. I like to know these things. Not one of them was very warm at all but they were all very comfortable. The restaurant area is large as well and has lots of offerings, we tried several different drinks and food during the day. Honestly the food wasn't very good and the drinks are pre-processed so very sweet. We ended up just drinking water. The food we had was a fried. I started with 3 roasted eggs and it was the best thing I had. There may have been better options but we had planned to eat a nice meal that evening so no biggie. The wet area only has 2 hot tubs, both were the same temp* and neither had jets. The showers are nice and clean. The sauna was nice and hot :-) I personally like a nice quiet subdued environment but this one was not controlled that way and got a bit roudy the later it got. We both indulged in services. My husband a 80min massage deep tissue massage and I had the 90 min scrub/oil massage treatment. Both were done very well! My person was "#8" and I would highly recommend her. It is more costly than most to get in - $39 pp. We knew we would be getting services and food so we bought the $500 gift card deal which includes 2 entrances. This easily covered all we spent, including tip, and we had $$ left over but it had gotten very busy so we weren't able to get in for a 30min reflexology session. So we left with money which means we have to Go Back! #GirlsTrip I saw many first timers (forgetting to take your shoes off is a rookie mistake) Do yourself a favor and make time to visit! I would suggest another day than Saturday but if you get there early (10am) and leave by 5pm, as we did, you will still have plenty of time to relax and have services completed.

My friend wanted to spend her birthday at a bath house. We've tried Jeju and SpaLand before, but wanted to try something different. There were a total of 4 of us. Roman Holiday Sauna is in that Red Green Brazilian Steakhouse shopping center all the way to the right corner. When we got there, it was completely empty except for the people that was working there. They gave us 4 a quick tour and we started out on the lower floor where the saunas, lockers, and restaurant are. For those of you that have a hard time going up and down the stairs, their elevator is currently not working. When we got there, guess what? There were no baths! We did read about this on the reviews, but when we called prior to our visit, they claimed that there were baths. Nope...it wasn't even built for a bath. We had all purchased the body polish and they said that we can just eat first, steam and then do the polish. They wanted us to wait an hour. We said okay. Went to the "restaurant" and they claimed that their menu wasn't printed nor was the tv working where the menu was. So we had to try to figure out what their "handwriting" menu was. 2 out of us 4 ordered soup. Foods took awhile b/c it was just one lady cooking and it seems like they weren't really prepared....they literally said that they don't have 70% of the items from the "menu" because they haven't went grocery shopping (more like because they don't have enough customers). While waiting, they left the door open to the outside part behind us. Their employees kept on coming and going and the cigarette smell was getting stronger and stronger. I tried to go to the door to close it, but they kept it propped open and I can see where all the employees were back there smoking. Foods arrived...it was good. Since it took them awhile to cook (more than 30 mins), the body polish ladies kept on coming to us asking if we're ready yet. We told them that we literally just got our foods, they told us to be here for at least an our, and we wanted all 4 of us to be polished at the same time. Before I proceed, we did asked the front desk lady if there's enough staff to do the massages and body polish at the same time...she kept on trying to convince us to get the $160 package. We said that we will only get it if we can go at the same time...she kept on saying yes. Finished our foods, went to the polish area and they said to go wash our bodies first and go steam. We did all of that. OHHH! Before I forget, we all used the restrooms prior to this and the ladies that were working there did too. They were using it for awhile and when they came out of their stalls, not a single one of them WASHED THEIR HANDS!!! We're thinking to ourselves, these will be the same hands touching us, but we tried to think positively that at least they will wash it prior to polishing us. Here's where it all went down...if you're still following along...after the steaming room and they called us all out that they're ready, they only prepared 3 out of the 4 beds...we're like okayyyy. I told them that I'll just go lay on the infrared floor and wait, hence, the body polish is 90 minutes. It is what it is and we were all planning to be there all day anyways. After they rushed through one of my sisters, they told her to go ahead and go upstairs for her foot massage. She repeatedly told them that she's waiting for us. I'm still laying there on the darn hard floor rotating front and back waiting for them to call me. Next thing I heard was my sister coming back from the locker room asking them why did they started on someone else and not ME?!?! I lifted my head up and saw that they completely skipped me EVEN THOUGH I WAITED 90 MINUTES!!! What the F*CK?!?! One of the ladies there tried to lied to my sister and said that that lady was waiting for a long time already and was been there. Sis said, "No...there was nobody here before us. You knew my sister had been waiting, but you still proceeded to take someone else". They said they had a system going and my sister didn't understand. That's what got me riling up. The front desk lady (not sure if she's the mgr or what not) came downstairs and tried to talk too....the moment the staff said my sister didn't understand, I said, "forget it...I'm cancelling b/c I'm not waiting another 90 mins and you can just refund me". They tried to say, it'll be another 10 mins. Why? So that they can rush through my 2nd sister and friend? Went upstairs and got my refund and the desk lady kept on apologizing that they're short staff and didn't know until "yesterday". I told her that was not the point. I didn't mind the wait b/c I was already waiting, but to have someone skip right in front of me after I PATIENTLY waited and then to try to gaslight my sister? Oh h*ll no! *can't type anymore b/c Yelp have a min*
