Fabulous! I've been here four times, including three salt floats, three massages, and one salt room session. Every time it has been clean and lovely. The staff are friendly and attentive. I really love the salt floats. In terms of massage, I HIGHLY recommend Svitlana. She's incredible. Kudos to the management. Be Very Careful Who You Deal With - This review is regarding the owner of the Salt Center: Melissa Vance. I had been a client of this business since February of 2023 and had enjoyed a congenial relationship with Melissa. That was until just a few months ago. I entered the business for my previously scheduled appointment for a float and a salt room session. The front door to the business was unlocked so I entered and went to the area to change my shoes. No one was at the front desk so I went to the float room where my name was by the door. I changed, showered, and entered the float tank. Melissa knocked on the door and asked if I was in the room. I stated yes. She or her employee started the float tank from the controls at the front desk. Once I completed my visit and was about to depart Melissa began scolding me for not waiting for her or an employee to escort me to the float room. She stated that per her contract with her insurance company that all clients must be escorted to the float room. This was new news to me as it had never been required at any of my visits for more than a year. I informed her then that it is her sole responsibility to ensure either she or her representative (employee) is available at the time of the client's appointments so that they fulfill her contractual responsibility. It is not the clients burden to assure her business requirements are fulfilled. She disagreed. This issue did not end there. I had been absent from having spa treatments for more than 2 months due to an injury. I made appointments for the float and salt room on Oct 22nd. A few days prior to my appointments I received an email from Melissa with an attached document that defined the responsibilities of the clients when using the facilities. I had never signed nor read such a document prior to this even though I had been using the services for almost 2 years. I read it, initialed the boxes, and submitted it electronically. It involved basic items such as not using hair dyes prior to floating and not taking items that belonged to the spa. All were quite reasonable. I show up for my appointments on Oct 22nd and while changing my shoes an employee brings me a clip board with a document on it stating that Melissa requests that I sign it prior to entering the spa. It was a rather odd document since it was specifically addressed to me. It was a document quite similar to the one I had signed and submitted online with one telling exception. There were 3 provisions listed with the last one being the escort to the float room (which is her contractural requirement from her insurer). I found this document to be discriminatory in nature. I wrote on the top of it that I had signed and submitted her client requirements a few days prior and that this document was duplicative. I did not sign my name to it. I returned it to the employee when I was ready to enter the area of the spa where the float rooms are located. She, the employee, asked if I wanted to leave anything in the lockers in the front. I did place my sweater in one. I was in full view of the employee who easily realized that I was ready to enter the spa area. She neglected to escort me to the float room (which she had done repeatedly during all of my previous visits). She would escort me to the Salt Room but not to the Float Room. The massage therapists always escorted me to their room as well. So, I feel the employee not escorting me to the float room was some sort of a setup for what transpired after I left the spa. Melissa sent me an email that afternoon stating that I was refusing to follow her rules regarding being escorted to the float room (which is her contractual requirement with her insurer). I wasn't refusing at all. Her employee wasn't doing her job. Therefore, Melissa canceled all of my upcoming appointments, my membership, and deleted my account off of her website. When she replied in the email chain that she was canceling my membership I informed her that she had to refund my membership fees (which amounted to $675.00). She did nothing! read more

This location is a hidden gem! It sits in a office park and seems to be innocuous, but what wonders await inside. Parking is plentiful. Once inside you still think it is just okay, but once in you are stunned by the offerings. You have a seating area where you change into spa shoes, nothing special, but needed for the experience. I signed up for the three 45 minute Dry Salt Room sessions. I was lucky to have the sessions by myself, but the room can easily accommodate 4 people at a time. The leather reclining chairs are comfortable. Once in the room, the dry salt generator starts emitting a fine mist of the dry salt. The 45 minutes go by fast, but once you are finished you have a fine dusting of salt on your hair, skin and clothes. I think this has helped with my ezcema and psoriasis. But, this is not all they offer! They have Float sessions, Infrared Sauna, Massages and IonCleanse. I think I might try the float session next. The visits were wonderful and the staff is excellent! I I gave float spa therapy a try for my first visit. I really enjoyed the experience. It was a great opportunity to completely relax without any outside distraction. Using the float tank removes any stress and pressure on your body by floating, this was a nice relief. It also provided an opportunity to think clearly and process different things without any distraction. I plan to revisit and try other services as well when I go back. I love EVERYTHING about this place from the amazingly friendly professional KIND knowledgable staff, to all of the different treatments and rooms they offer. My husband gave me the Intro to Floating package at The Salt Center last Christmas and I am so glad he did! I was a bit concerned initially about the float and how I would feel in the tank because I tend to get claustrophobic. Melissa, the owner, talked with me about my claustrophobia and she gave me different options that might help alleviate my stress. Because the float tanks are so generously sized, I need not have worried. The tanks are large enough that when I stick my arms straight up while floating on my back, I am not able to touch the top of the tank. Very roomy! To get the full experience, I opted to turn off all the lighting and music. During the first 10 minutes or so of my first float, my mind was pinging all over the place as it usually does. However, I quickly relaxed and before I knew it, I was hearing the music that comes on to let you know your hour has passed. The experience was incredible. I have never felt so calm and relaxed. After enjoying my float and shower, I snuggled up in one of their robes and sat with my feet on a Himalayan salt dome while enjoying some complimentary filtered water and herbal tea. They also brought me a warm, lavender neck wrap to wear while I was sitting and relaxing. They even have a jar where you can choose a random motivational quote if you so desire. I was hooked after the first float. The next two floats were equally amazing as was the 90-minute massage I enjoyed after my third float. Jessica was my massage therapist, and the experience was wonderful. I'm looking forward to more floats in the future and I am also excited to try the other services they offer. The spa is beautiful, clean, and calm. The staff is warm and inviting. It really is an amazing place. Try it! You will be glad you did. I had the most amazing float here. Everything was clean, fresh, & quiet! I was so happy to not hear anybody else. I was able to just drift away, listening to music and seeing twinkling stars on the roof of the float pod. They offer other services such as massage, a salt room, and sauna. When I was done, I came out to a kitchen area and had some tea while resting my feet on a Himalayan salt lamp for your feet. Very relaxing place. This is my second time coming here. First time was for the salt pod. Which is still new to me. But I came for a massage from Rika and it was amazing!!! Great full body massage for 60 minutes. Price point is reasonable and a really nice establishment. I met the owner and she was very pleasant and personable. I recently heard about salt rooms and wanted to see what it's all about. After looking around on Yelp, I settled on The Salt Center and booked a room for myself and 3 friends (the room holds up to 4 people). None of us had been to a salt room before so we weren't entirely sure what to expect. First, the facility is nice and clean with a very peaceful setting, and the staff were very friendly. After removing our shoes and putting on some booties (to keep the sand off of our feet - the salt room floor is covered with what looks like fine beach sand), we were given warm neck wraps. Ooh! That alone was lovely! We were brought into the salt room and got settled into very comfortable chairs, they dimmed the lights and turned on a fan that pushed fine mist of salt into the air. It didn't take long before the entire group fell asleep. We all agreed it was a nice bit of self care. I suffer from pet and seasonal allergies. I can't say I noticed any difference during/after the salt room treatment, but I would be curious to do more salt room visits in the future - especially during the peak of seasonal allergies - to see if I notice a difference. Either way, our group definitely gives this 2 thumbs up! read more

There is no where else I would go in this area for a float, salt room, massage or detox foot bath. Period. They cater to the whole person and all of your senses. As soon as you walk in, you feel calm and at peace. The entire experience from start to finish, is truly a gift for all of us busy folks. It is beyond clean! The little touches of comfort make you easily at home here. The owner and her staff make you feel completely at ease and SAFE. So you can release anxiety and truly relax. The float room has everything you need. Even the most lux robes ever to slip into after your float. Nothing is rushed. If you have not tried a float yet, this is the place to start. Again, you will feel so at ease here and safe that any trepidation about floating will, quite literally, float away. And the massage therapist Lana is amazing. I am super picky about massages but after finding her, I don't have to bother looking for one anymore. She worked out so much neck and shoulder pain/tension I had, I felt better than I had in months. The relief was staggering to me and felt like a dang near miracle. In my experience (having had massages at top spas all over the world and regular monthly massages) there are very few massage professionals anywhere with her level of expertise. I used to float when I lived in California. It is completely relaxing and necessary after the 15 hour flights I was taking between San Francisco and China. This was my 2nd massage at the Salt Center. I signed up for one of their 90 minute massage packages, and am so glad I did. I had an amazing 90 minute deep tissue massage with Sventlana yesterday! I sit at a desk most days and my muscles were super tight. She asked if I wanted her to include stretches in my massage, and what a difference this made in my entire body! She is very skilled in a variety of massage techniques and also include hot stones. I was shocked at how little range of motion I actually had due to sitting all day. She loosened up all of the tight muscles and increased my range of motion in legs and arms, and also provided suggested on regular stretches that will prevent me from getting too tight.
