The place itself is located in an outdated shopping plaza and when we pulled up outside, I wasn't sure what to expect. Inside is actually warm, cozy and inviting in stark contrast to the way it looks from the outside. I had the European Facial. My esthetician was very nice, professional and darn good at making sure you have a relaxing time. As there were 3 of us and we could only go one at a time and each appointment lasts a little over an hour, they offered for us to spend time in their sauna while waiting. The facial was really great- she made sure to focus on all of my problem areas. Whenever she would apply a treatment to my face, instead of leaving the room and coming back like I've experienced at most other salons, she spent her time massaging my arms/hands/legs/feet/shoulders/scalp. Overall, a great facial(I left glowing!!)and the prices are very reasonable! Most importantly, I have very sensitive skin and none of the products irritated my skin. I got there early, but had to wait because the masseuse had went over her time. My esthetician Lori was apologetic and very nice. She was great from the time I met her to the end of my time there. The receptionist was also very friendly. I liked that they were not pushy about selling products. They gave suggestions, but in no way pushed them on me. My facial felt great! Lori was friendly throughout and addressed all of my concerns. She also asked if I had any questions throughout the process. I liked it so much that I booked another session for a different facial in a few months. They are very busy, but they treated me really well!
