After cortisone shots and an eventual MRI, I was told that I do not have a tear or anything else that can be fixed with surgery, and given a prescription for physical therapy. I was not happy about this at all - I wanted a quick fix to be pain free and thought (naively) that surgery was the answer. I live close to Spectrum, so based on physical proximity (and the recommendation of a friend) I made an appointment with Corey. Long story short, I am in 95% less pain, sleep all night through again, and have far more range of motion than I did a few months ago. Therapy is as much fun as working hard can be, but we DO laugh (often) and I AM so much better than I was. The facility is clean, well-lit, and the bathroom is clean, too. Corey seem to have all the requisite tools, AND the necessary expertise. He is not just competent and trained in his field, he is so contagiously passionate about health and fitness! I would unequivocally recommend Corey and Spectrum.

They had a good balance of "tough love" and compassion. The first voice of the location, Penny, had just the right listening skills and understanding (and ability to simplify continuations of my treatment with her capabilities questionnaires) and it is because of these three people, I now have the use of two hands and arms.
