I figured for $70 for 1 hour, it's worth a try. It's a no-frills establishment, but very zen. Soft music, oil diffusers and quiet. I was put into a room and asked to undress. Lisa, an Asian woman, came in and proceeded to give me a "towel on" rub down to loosen up the tons of pent up lactic acid in my body. That lasted about 10 mins. For a tiny woman, she had amazingly strong hands! Then off came the towel and I was in massage oil heaven! She asked if she was being too hard on me (NO!!) and told me that I had "too much stress" in my shoulder area and hips. She focused on that pain I had, and proceeded to give me pretty much, the BEST full body massage I've ever had! She ended with hot stones and a wonderful head and facial massage. I could feel my blood flowing and all the bad energy leaving through my finger tips and toes. I rested for a bit, got dressed and she gave me water telling me to hydrate. No language barrier there. I can't say enough how amazing this massage was and that shoulder pain... GONE!!!

They would not take an apt without my credit card number in their computer, despite the fact that I was paying with a gift card. Offered to give them that number but they would not make the apt without having my credit card number in hand. So back to the lash lift. Yikes. Never once was glue of any kind put onto my eyelids for a lash lift and tint. The procedure began with the provider placing glue strips/tabs all over my eye lids. She did not use a fan to dry down any of the solutions/serums until my eye started burning. In every other lash lift I've had, a fan is alway used to dry down the liquids. At the end of the apt, a tweezer was used to pry the glue strips off my eyelids. When she plucked my eyelid skin, she stopped trying to get anymore glue off. When I left, there was still glue adhered to my eyelids, they were dry and stiff and I could barely blink comfortably which lead me to scraping it off myself. My eyelids are red, swollen and shredded and my eyelashes are stiff. This is unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Would never come back or recommend this place to anyone, even if you have a gift card. Regift it. Or just don't get a lash lift. They should take lash lift off the service menu.
