Holy cross urgent care has been beyond great help to me during my worse times. I deal with autoimmune disease along with other chronic conditions, I have a neurologist, a rheumatologist ,an orthopedist and I see them every couple of months. Pain is something that I have sadly gotten used to, I can try to get seen by one of my Dr's but there's always a wait. Luckily I did a quick search and came across this god sent clinic. I've been here about three times within the last year and every time the wait time is less than five minutes, I get set up in an exam room while I wait for the dr. Every time they outdo themselves, they take their time listening to your symptoms to get to the bottom of the problem. They quickly send your medications to your pharmacy and off you go. Since 2015 Ive had to deal with a lot of flares and until I came here, I've had to deal with the constant pain 24/7 during my flares. Very good urgent care just poor selection of who works there Anna a receptionist at the urgent care was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She cut my husband off mid-sentence and told him to get to the point while he was asking a question. She answered the question but in a rude manner. Then hung up on us while my husband was still speaking. Her behavior was completely unacceptable for someone in a patient-facing role. When we called back she proceeded to argue with my husband and said we were being recorded wich my husband then asked to speak to a manager and told them to go back to the recording so they can hear how rude she was. I had an unfortunate accident this evening. I really needed to be seen however all the urgent cares were closed by 8pm. I did a quick search of urgent cares that were open now and I came across Holy Cross Urgent Care. I called them to confirm they were still open and if they accepted my insurance. I spoke to Steve and he confirmed that my insurance was accepted and I told him I would be coming in now. To make things quicker and just to confirm he told he could run my insurance to verify that it's valid and it's accepted. I really appreciated that because I didn't want to be blind sided if it was out of network. I arrived within 20mins and they could tell I was in distress Steve called me by name and really put me at ease. I had to fill out some quick paperwork, give my ID and insurance. Thankfully the check in process went by quick, I was greeted by Josh and Mike Chulyan, PA-C. Josh took my vitals and after I told Mike what had taken place with me. I absolutely loved his bedside manner. He took his time to listen to EVERYTHING I said and lol I talked a lot. He made me feel calm and heard. He recommended an x-ray and than we would discuss. Steve did my x-ray and I have to say I appreciate him so much for his care and concern. When he was performing the x ray he asked for my permission to touch me/position me for the imaging and I really think this was so respectful. Once again great service and overall professionalism. I love that they have an x-ray machine on site. Clean waiting room. Clean, spacious rooms and even a hydration room for IV drips. Wow!! Btw the facility on the outside doesn't look very pretty but let me say the minute you walk in you would have never think how amazing this facility inside truly is. The facility was extremely well organized and clean. They have parking in the back. I also like that I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and literally from the moment I walked in, these 3 gentleman were so welcoming, attentive and so efficient. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and Mike provided me with my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. All I have to say is that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received from the whole entire staff...Steve, Josh and of course from Mike, PA-C. I couldn't wait to come home to write this review because this is the best care I have ever received at an urgent care ever. God forbid I ever have to come back but if I do this will be the first place I go. I highly recommend this urgent care. From the second I walked in, I felt like I was in the best hands. The energy was so calming and welcoming -- the entire staff made me feel instantly at ease. Manuk Chulyan, PA, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. You can really feel how much intention and care went into creating this space. It's rare to find a place that feels both elevated and deeply nurturing, but somehow they've done exactly that. My husband was looking for a place nearby on a Friday night for an IV treatment for me as I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant and super dehydrated. All the places near our house said they can't until the next day. He finally called this place, and they said they could take me in for IV. We got there around 7:30 PM, filled out the paperwork, and they took me in for the IV 5 min later. They even gave me a blanket knowing that the IV treatment will make me cold. The place was so clean and the workers were so welcoming. They offered us water and would constantly check in on me to see how I was doing. Overall, if I ever need to go to urgent care again, I won't even bother with the ones by my house and will go straight here. read more

I took my daughter here at 7pm yesterday because she was very sick, I walked in this place and immediatly was greeted by the staff they checked us in and we were called in shortly after. The PA that saw my daughter his name was Manuk, he was so sweet and knowledgeable, he prescibed my daughter what was needed and send it over to pharmacy right away. I recently went to this urgent care for a sprained ankle, and I was so impressed with how promptly it all got handled. They took an X-ray right away... the whole process was handled so quickly. The provider explained everything clearly and let me know that the results would be ready within 24-48 hours, which was so quick. Usually at imaging centers, not only do you need orders, (which can be such a hassle to obtain) but results take 1-2 weeks! This was super easy and convenient.
