Visited this week this urgent care this week for a swollen and painful finger, NP Paula was amazing and the one who took my bloods Diana as well. They treated me as a patient with respect and care. (Not unlike other clinics where in you'll get attitude and staffs are condescending when you ask questions). I was prescribed medications and they worked the next day! =) They took bloods and xrayed my hand in the urgent care and called me to explain the results. VERY CLEAN facility and lovely healthcare providers.Would definitely come back even though there's 5 or more nearer urgent care to our house. read more

I just wanted to share a super positive experience I had recently at the urgent care facility. It was actually my second time visiting, and I was so impressed again! This particular visit was on a weekend, and I noticed it was just Dr. Armine M and Nurse Tina handling everything. Despite it being clearly a busy time with lots of patients coming and going, they were absolutely incredible. Both Dr. Armine and Tina were incredibly professional, so understanding, and genuinely caring. What really stood out was how they managed to greet every single person who walked through the door, even with everything going on. And even though they were obviously swamped, they remained so calm and made sure to apologize to everyone for any slight delays. That level of consideration and excellent communication really made a huge difference. It truly means a lot when staff go above and beyond like that, especially under pressure. I can't say enough great things about this staff. I've been in LA 11 years and they have to be the friendliest, easiest medical professionals I've encountered. My youngest daughter was having an allergic reaction to a bug bite (while my wife was out of town of course). This urgent care was a lifesaver for me. I was dealing with a sickness that wasn't the flu, covid, or strep throat for more than a week. I knew I was going through something more than those illnesses due to my symptoms, but didn't know what it could be. I came in once they opened and the lady at the front was very receptive and listened to me explain my symptoms and also understood my request for purchasing only the affordable services. The consultation was $150 if you have no insurance, and thankfully with that price it ended up being more fruitful than I expected. I was worried there wouldn't be a saving grace to my symptoms after paying out of pocket but the doctor that looked me over was very friendly and took her time to explain to me her thought process. I paid $29 for an additional swab test just to further confirm I didn't have the flu. Unfortunately they didn't know what I had exactly. But my saving grace was the antibiotics that the doctor recommended for me and I appreciate that it was only $10. I took it for the whole course of the days listed and thank goodness I felt better by then. I still had my cough but it was much different. I appreciate the staff going above and beyond too by suggesting all these remedies and the best care of taking care of myself during that time. I knew if I didn't go here, I would still be stuck feeling unwell and possibly feel even worse. Had no wait, was tended to fully, and my symptoms subsided. All I can ask for! read more

So impressed...across the board! I was looking for doctor or care facility to remove ear wax (lavage) for my 92 year old mother prior to new hearing aids. Doing research on several platforms...and reading reviews from ENTs, audiologists and other urgent care facilities, it was alarming the lack of professionalism and ethics. Double billing...hidden charges...uncaring staff/doctors etc. Imagine finding a Urgent care with 5 stars. Reading the reviews it seem to good to be true... When we arrived they were just opening and putting out signage. We were greeted warmly to their immaculate facility, the process of signing-up/in was explained, all fees were up front and clear, online registration was very easy. Once signed in, they noticed my mom was chilled, they brought her a blanket, patiently explained every step before they performed it, very gentle and patient, great communication throughout the procedure. Once completed, they help look-up and run her Medicare number. I expected to be out of pocket, but they not only found the coverage, but recommended the closest pharmacy and offer to recheck her ears prior to the hearing aid fitting. Jennifer is such a pro! Brought in my very cranky 2 year old for ear pain and was greeted by the nurse and Jennifer. My daughter has major stranger danger right now so we weren't shocked when she screamed her head off. Jennifer was so patient and took her time assessing my baby, figuring out what steps we could take, and performing an irrigation under tough circumstances. I'm so glad we came in and saw her today and now my baby is relieved. I was having an issue with one of my eyes over the weekend, so I couldn't go to an optometrist. I saw many good reviews so I thought I'd give it a try. The intake process was easy and they got me in quickly. The doctor had a fantastic bedside manner, and was able to diagnose my eye injury easily. I thought it might be too specialized, but it wasn't a problem. She performed testing and diagnosed me with a scratched cornea. I was prescribed medicated eye drops, and the issue cleared up quickly after. I will return here without hesitation. read more

Amazing experience here! The place was clean, organized, and well taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable. I was seen right away, the staff was friendly, and they accepted my insurance with no issues. The paperwork was quick and easy for a new patient. Dr. Armine Manokiam was calm, gentle, and very thorough while checking my jaw, but she still got me in and out efficiently. I went to Rapid Response desperate for help with my severe back spasms and pain. From the moment I walked in, I was heard. Front desk staff were efficient and offer cold water and provide mask if you need. Check in is quick and simple. They recognized I was in pain and took me right back to be comfortable. Triage was done and shortly there after Dr Manokian came in. She asked what my issue is and when I said back spasms and pain, she immediately understood. She has first hand experience. Why am I not surprised this place has 5 out of 5 stars!!! I called here accidentally thinking it's the urgent care I usually go to and spoke to Tina who was super nice. When I found out it's not the one I usually go to, I called that one. After talking to them on the phone I kind of felt like calling back Rapid and going with them because of my gut feeling! I am so impressed with Rapid Response Urgent Care. So clean and well put together. Diana MA and Tina MA are sweethearts. Very professional and kind. Came in because I have a sinus infection and been there, done that before. So, time was of the essence. The NP Jenn attended to me. I explained I recently had a stomach issue, now this and getting ready to travel overseas. We chatted for a few minutes and she examined me. Promptly sent prescriptions to CVS Target. I got something in my ear and I got great service there. It is on the corner of Shoshone and Chatsworth on the north side of the street. I called ahead to ask if they handle "ears" and they assured me they did. I asked if they did pediatrics in case my granddaughter needs medical help and they do that too. read more

This is the best Urgent Care I've been to. My experience with Urgent Cares are horrible, thanks to Rapid Response Urgent Care now my experience with Urgent Cares are amazing. I had a swollen eye. I waited but it wouldn't go down so I decided to go to the Urgent Care, the girl in the front was so kind, friendly... she made me feel welcome. I got assisted right after I was done filling out my paperwork. I didn't wait at all. I was assisted by the NP, thankfully she was able to diagnose what was wrong with my eye give me my prescription and I was out. If you need to go to Urgent Care, drive a couple more minutes and come to Rapid Response, you won't regret it. The care they provide is proving that your health is the priority. read more

This urgent care is a new, beautiful, and clean facility. I was amazed at how quickly this place operated. I was having trouble with my blood pressure and wanted to have an EKG because of my heart rate. Starting from the front office, it was professional and has amazing staff. The doctor took 5 minutes to take me in and have all the necessary tests done. This new place is a dream come true for the Granada Hills community.
