When it was time for extractions she was as gentle as could be and apologized if it was hurting me. She was super professional and I would definitely come back for another session with her! I've been coming here for about a year for facials and they're fantastic! I usually book with Madison and she is so sweet and knowledgeable. They have an app that is super useful for booking appointments at any time, but the reception desk ladies are also very helpful with scheduling needs. I did the membership for about 6 months, but now I get a facial about once every 2-3 months to cut back on costs. I do the 50 min Youth Glow that includes exfoliation, extractions, face masks, and face/foot/hand massage. Madison does a great job with knowing what products to use specific to what my face needs such as more hydration. My face is noticeably clearer after a week of getting a facial and has really helped with some painful breakouts I've gotten. Their facility is really clean and gives such a zen vibe too! Booked facials with a friend here and they were able to accommodate us from one day to the next (since another spa had canceled our appointments last minute with no notice). The girls were super nice and my esthetician was able to answer my questions and even gave me some recommendations for products based on some concers I shared with her. The experience itself was amazing and so so relaxing! They have you undress and slip into a cozy towel. You then get into the bed which is warmed so you feel extra nice and toasty. Attempted first visit this morning at 9a.m. Had three separate back to back appointments until 12noon. Over $400+ worth of services Receive email and text asking me to confirm this morning I responded C and Confirmed. Arrived at Rancho facility at 8:45am door was locked, came back at 8:55am door still locked, came back again at 9am only to find out no service would be possible for any of my appointments today as the provider was not there. I find out minutes before my appointment. I asked there was any other options and was told by the young lady "sorry, I am the only person here". Needless to say it was disappointing and sad, but more so the lack of interest in retaining a new client ready and willing to pay for services. Very sad!! No words read more

Account auto-renewed after discussing my wish to cancel with receptionist over 2 months ago. Now, this company expects a additional fee for early cancellation of a contract. Poor customer service. I expected to cancel my account any received a renewal fee charged to my account and a phone call advising that to cancel I would have to pay additional fees. Then I am referred to the agreement I signed, I very much wish I hadn't signed. We have busy lives and wanting routine facials should not result in spending $620 over a 7 month period. Don't do it people. I have had much better facials from Massage Envy. Not to mention, members here receive 0% off peels and only 10% off additional services. The facials only roll over 1 month, so BE SURE YOU READ THE FINE Print. I don't recommend this organization to anyone. Products are subpar. I should have been provided instructions on cancelling when I spoke to the receptionist, asked when my contract would be over, and was told June. A reputable company reception would have then said, it will auto renew if you do not cancel. read more
