I had been a member of Facelogic for over 10 years. Up to two weeks ago. Each spa has different ownership. My first experience was in Chino Hills. Decent spa, okay estheticians. When I moved to Rancho Cucamonga, I transferred my membership to Fontana. They honored my previous monthly fee of $39, which was fantastic. When that spa closed, I was made aware that all of their customers were being transferred to the Upland spa. Different owner. They had worked out a transition deal where existing members would be able to keep their same membership fee. Sad that Fontana closed...but happy that I was still able to keep my low monthly membership cost. The Upland spa wasn't as forgiving about the occasional missed appointment and make-up facials. And the owner seemed a bit perturbed by the transfer members. I wasn't the only one who felt this way. I often felt as though she would have just preferred that I cancel my membership. I decided this was just my paranoia talking. A while after transferring, I was notified by my esthetician that my membership fee was going up by $20 a month, to $59. Which was the current price of a signature facial. And that I had to sign a memorandum of understanding or forfeit my membership - a little harsh, but okay. But strange, I thought. I am considered a "legacy member" according to my file. So what exactly does that get me?! No discount on membership. No discount on upgrades (which I purchased a lot of) No discount on products. So...why get a membership at all? Other than to get flack any time you couldn't make it or needed to reschedule?! I later found out that some people were still being charged a lower amount. $10 less than me. $49 a month. Huh. Odd. Maybe they had been going even longer than 10 years. Unlikely. My saving grace was Vivi. By far, the best esthetician I had over my entire 10 year membership with Facelogic. No kidding. She paid close attention to my skin, was awesome with extractions, and helped me FINALLY get my products and daily routine in order. Until two weeks ago, when via text message, I received a terse text from the owner indicating that Vivi was no longer working for Facelogic, and needed to talk ASAP. This was in the morning during the week. I let her know I would call later as I was currently busy. She responded with and I quote "Ok I need to reschedule if you still want to remain a member here at Facelogic..." Odd. Why would an esthetician leaving automatically indicate my need to vacate the premises? I figured it was simply my ongoing concern that the owner, for whatever reason, didn't care for me. I went another couple of days and decided to cancel my membership, after all. The whole ordeal made me extremely sad. My esthetician was fantastic and I enjoyed my facials immensely. But when I'm spending $60-$120 a month...I feel like I deserve to at least be treated with a bit of genuine courtesy. Instead of the 'death glare as you turn your back' kind of courtesy. Long story short...go to Refresh Spa in Rancho. Some of the old estheticians from Facelogic are there...the membership is cheaper...and the spa is gorgeous. And Vivi...if you are reading this...contact me! My skin needs you!!! So long...Facelogic. We had a good, long, run! read more

I just experienced a facial by Ashley and I have to say it was awesome! She is so helpful with educating me based on her training and experience on how to enhance my routine at home to complement the monthly treatments and my goals. She works hard to give you the results you are paying for. I look forward to future treatments with her. 13 dollars. 13 dollars is the amount of money that will drive the owner of this establishment to disrespect a United States Marine. My mother and I had been coming to this location for over a year spending great deals of money and often recommending this establishment to our friends and family. Since October of 2017 or so, they have lost multiple esthetician's because of the treatment and practices here. Money mongering and creepy, cameras have been installed over the stations (yes watching you and the esthetician's) and god forbid you are military and ask for the 10% off that they give (ONLY on products, not any services). Candance in particular has her mark on the clientele here as you will see as you read through the reviews below. The final straw was when my mother, a Marine, asked for a military discount on product (130$ worth or so) and they refused her and said I, her daughter, also military, would have to come get it for her, and then, I would only get the discount on one product. 13 dollars. Ive been coming to this spa for about 4-5 months and wow what an improvement in my skin! First, i came in with terrible acne that i thought nothing could fix, until i met Heather and my life changed, literally. I signed up for their membership almost immediately and i get there facials once a month. My acne is gone, my complexion has improved, and the elasticity in my skin is honestly like ive never seen before. They tell you what's wrong with ur face and use stuff that fits u. I have been a member here for years. I started at the old Fontana location and moved to the Upland location when Fontana closed. Upland was actually closer to my home, so it tunred out to be more convenient. My esthetician since day one was Vivi and I felt she did an excellent job with my skin. Like Emily below, I too received the email and phone call stating that Vivi was no longer at Facelogic. I was very unhappy but decided to give another esthetician a try. This last one was clearly new and not very confident. She was also very painful with her extractions. If I could find Vivi again, I would happily go to wherever she's located. One of the worst experiences ever. I made the mistake of getting a groupon for this place. Though I didn't have any recommendations for this place, I have had a number of facials from different people and have never had a bad reaction so didn't think it would be a big deal. When I got there, I was asked if I was having any skin issues. I told my facialist that I was having an issue with acne. She nodded like she understood, slathered a bunch of different creams on my face without telling me anything about the creams. I asked her about the different creams only to be given really terse answers. She then did one extraction on my nose. I asked her about that and she told me that my skin was fine and no other extractions were necessary. The very next day, I completely broke out. I have NEVER had such a bad breakout. Since then, I've been much more selective about who I get my facials. read more

This was such a nice experience. I got the livingsocial deal for the basic facial, an upper body massage, and an arm scrub. First of all I was really surprised by how clean this place was. It was pristine, loved it. The chairs were super comfy, it wasn't some table where u lay down, it was an actual chair like a pedicure chair which u sit in and then they recline it all the way back so ur feet are elevated and everything. Really nice. The whole procedure itself was very soothing and relaxing. It was very basic and included a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, mask, extractions (which I didn't want so I didn't get them) and moisturizer or sunscreen and lip balm. I fell asleep! I was so relaxed. 4 stars only cuz I think at regular price it's kinda expensive for such a basic facial, however they have other more intense facials that seem reasonably priced. Also the upper body massage was not as deep as i would've liked it but oh well not a big deal. I'll definitely come back and am even thinking of becoming a member! read more
