It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea!

I have very difficult brows to work with due to my sparse eyebrows. I was desperate to find a good place for threading eyebrows a couple of years ago and stumbled upon Beautifeye in old town Scottsdale on yelp which had many positive reviews. I scheduled an appointment and by fate it was with Diana. Without even telling her how I wanted my brows (I didn't even know what I wanted because I didn't think I had many options with my difficult brows), she threaded and shaped my eyebrows perfectly! Sadly, she moved locations to a location that was very far for me and so I tried three other threaders at Beautifeye and they completely messed up on my brows. Frustrated, I decided to give Beautifeye one last shot in hopes of getting someone who does my brows as perfect as Diana did before going elsewhere. Luckily and unexpected, Diana was back and was the only reason that kept me as a customer at Beautifeye until she left to start her own eyebrow threading business! She is very sweet and easy to talk to which is only an added bonus because to say Diana is the best with brows would be an understatement! There is absolutely no one else i will ever trust with my brows but Diana! Her prices are great and her new place at the salon is such a convenient location/very easy to find! I highly suggest for anyone who is in need of finding that ONE person you can trust with your brows to give Diana a shot because I guarantee without a doubt that you will not be disappointed!!!

Berta, I have tweezers at home. I know how to use them. I didn't come to you to spend a fortune on my eyebrows so you could LAZILY PLUCK THEM (and when I ask about it, tell me the plucking is to "shape" them first before threading them--too bad no one but you has ever done it this way in my decade of Getting my brows threaded for your astounding "thirty six years in this business") and then charge up the ass for the worst job on my eyebrows I've ever seen. My boyfriend come this weekend to visit me, and my eyebrows look like a chop job, and I spent 2-3 times what someone who can competently actually THREAD my brows without relying solely on old-fashioned tweezers. Caitlin is very responsive, kind, fair in pricing and she does a beautiful job. Caitlin makes sure that her clients are absolutely satisfied with their work. She checked periodically throughout the session to make sure that the client is pleased with her service. I did a trial run with her for my wedding make up and hair and we booked with her, she also did wedding hair and make up for my wedding and we were all fully satisfied! She's very professional and great with communicating. We would certainly recommend her to anyone!!!! Great work!
