I came here to get my brows done on a Sunday afternoon. I recently relocated to the valley after residing down south for about eight years, down in Tucson the same wonderful lady did my brows for over eight years. It was a really hard break up, and my expectations are very high for a replacement. When we walked in today, there was one person in a chair, but it was otherwise vacant, which is always nice. I can't say that I was impressed with the visit, which is unfortunate. I had to ask her to fix a couple areas, and then I gave up and had to clip when I got home. The edging under the brow was not clean, and there were a few random brow hairs that I had to pluck also. She also has a strong hand, I understand you need pressure to get the hair off, but it just wasn't a good service compared to what I've had before. I will try again and maybe go a different day to see if another technician provides me a better experience. She was very nice, and the store is very clean. Just not my cup of tea! read more

I'm not going to lie, I used to live coming here. but literally ever since the new year began, they have these two women in there who are HORRIBLE! They are nasty, keeping soiled chairs and getting annoyed when you request they be cleaned. I had to ask the woman to wash her hands before touching my face. I requested my brows simply be cleaned up and to be kept thick, the woman made them thinner than I've seen them in YEARS. I requested my lip be waxed, to which they did not clean the area of my face before applying the wax, I told them they should wipe it to remove any facial cream, and she said "oh I do not know that, thank you". She also failed to wipe the waxed area when she was done! overall horrible experience and I will not be back to this location read more

All the techs are great but my favorite has been Dipty, she is so gentle and what I mean by that is I actually didn't tear up when she starts threading my eyebrows. Went in to get tinting done. Was checking out and the lady said the prices just changed when I came up to pay. They have a huge board that says $12 tinting ... it was $15 when I came up. Some shady things going on here. They just lost a long time customer. read more

I've been going here for a while but never will again. I came in this past Sunday (11/24/19) to get my brows threaded. The lady was nice, but during my eyebrow threading I felt her rip off a chunk of my actual eyebrow (not the stray hair area, but the "thickness, inner corner" area of the brow). I showed her the bald spot she created and she tried denying it was even there. I had had micro blading done 4 years ago and there is a very faint bit of color left, which is almost like a shadow that's helping conceal the MASSIVE chuck she took off my face. Regardless, my right brow is now significantly shorter than my left, and it's in an area where eyebrow hair tends to NOT grow back. Attached are photos were you can see the bald spot she made on my right brow. It's shorter now than the left. This never should have happened. She was not paying attention and rushed, and then denied that she had done without offering recourse. I am now going to spend $450 to go get micro bladed JUST to conceal the bald spot she created. If you don't care about customer service, this place is fine. I've actually referred people and they are now regulars. The problem: I've been bringing my daughter for a couple years. We specifically go on Tuesdays because we only see one of the ladies as we had a bad experience with the other. My referrals have had issues with the same person and they go on Tuesdays as well. My daughter is a special needs 18 year old. Our prior bad experience involved my daughter being chastised for being too young to have her eyebrows down. Appearance wise, she is a normal young lady. Intellectually, she is about 8. Yesterday, we went in for her regular Tuesday touch up. Our regular person was out. We decided to give the other lady another try. Long story short, her comments were very out of line. Like a vulture trying to pick on a young lady for doing nothing wrong. At which point, I had to intervene. read more

I was tired when I did my eyebrows and I made the eyebrow ends too thin by removing the good hair instead of the bad hairs. My sister swears by this place and she has less eyebrow. Worst customer service ever!!! Eyebrow salon opens at 10am I was there before 10. The older lady gets there to open the shop. I ask if the other girl is there because the older lady has butchered my brows on 3 separate occasions. The older lady tells me her daughter is in the back asks for me to wait. I said ok. 20 minutes pass the girl still hasn't come out from the back. Mind you the salon is empty. Another customer walks in the older lady tells her to sit, she goes in the back to check on her daughter comes back and asks me to wait 10 more minutes!! Go see Dipty! I cannot speak to any other services because all I do is thread my brows. But my goodness, she slays my brows! I've been to a ton of threading shops throughout the years and I'm convinced I'll follow her wherever she goes. Her schedule varies amongst their locations around the valley, but I usually catch her on Wednesday's or Friday's at this location. You can always call and get her schedule (her mom owns the shops and answers or returns your call in a quick manner too). Dipty is so SO thorough and patient. She listens to what I like, is not rushed and gives me the most beautiful shape to compliment my face. She's sweet and has a welcoming attitude no matter how busy or quiet the shop is. I love this place! Hard to find a good threading place. The prices are cheap and they're very fast and efficient. Over my dead body will I ever step foot here again. You ruined my f***ing eyebrows and now I have to wait months for them to grow back to what they were. That's even if they ever grow back because you decided to PLUCK them. I came in with a nice arch and just wanted it cleaned. I got up from the chair with my eyebrows STRAIGHT. You destroyed my eyebrows and with it my entire face and expression. What is wrong with you? How did you look at my eyebrows and think that was okay after I SHOWED YOU A PHOTO of MY eyebrows a few months ago and how perfect they looked and you did the OPPOSITE. I don't have the words to describe how impotent whoever the lady that did my eyebrows is. I was literally disfigured. Everywhere I go people ask if I'm okay because of how sad my face now constantly looks with these straight freaking brows. Whoever is there on Sundays is the worst and I hope you never get to touch another persons eyebrows again. The only thing you can do to fix this is get me a time machine so I never make the poor decision to come to you. I'm literally going to have to get an eyebrow transplant because of your impotence. The first time I got my brows done here, they were great! I was so impressed on how they kept the shape and thickness. However, the 2nd time I came around the older lady hacked off like half of my eyebrows. She made them thin and uneven. So embarrassing! I walked out feeling like I had no eyebrows. She made them so thin, you are now able to see a small tan line from what she hacked off of me. Save your time, save your money but most importantly - SAVE YOUR EYEBROWS & do not come here. After the last bad trip to the eye brow bar at the Mall, i was back out there looking for a good threading salon. Preetys came up so i drove halfway across town only to arrive half an hour past closing. But the proprietors were inside making repairs so they allowed me in. I was directed to a smiling older indian woman who promptly ushered me to the chair and got right to work. With a very gentle touch she cleaned up my very overgrown brows in a jiffy! I was skeptical because she worked so tenderly but my brows were pefectly shaped and groomed. I will be a regular and refer friends! read more

The threader was friendly and very nice, unfortunately, I was cut on both lids from the threading. If you've had this happen it feels like a paper cut when washing the face and can't really rub your eyes, especially to wash makeup. On top of that, I could tell what she had for dinner by the smell of her hands. They should be washing their hands every time they thread, since the hands are so close to the face. :( read more
