Horrible ! Never again ! Getting Microblading for one is not an easy decision as it can be costly, painful and permanent so, you need to find someone who is professional, clean and of course, an artist in this field. In my opinion Diana here at ACCENTUATED, LLC. or ACCENTUATED BY DIANA is certainly not the person for you "Keep looking" I would never recommend Diana and here is why: 1st of all, as many of us out here I moved to the Valley and I had my eyebrows Microbladed before so, this was not my first rodeo... I was looking for someone as local as possible to continue with my touch ups and get them done a bit thicker this time around. After finding Diana and exchanging several messages on insta messaging I felt I could trust that Diana could do the job. I took a day off from work and drove over 55 miles to see her for what was going to be an exciting day for me "I was getting my eyebrows freshen up!" as you all know, this is a big deal for us ladies.. Well, about 45 minutes before my appointment she canceled! This was one of 5 TIMES she canceled on me throughout my experience with her, one of the times I even told her my husband and I had rented a hotel room in Scottsdale to be close by for my appointment with her the following day but even then, yes, she canceled... Diana has no regard for her customers time and effort she only cares for herself frankly, I don't understand how she can still be in business. 2nd I don't know how I managed to still give her a chance but I did and I ended up getting my Microblading with her. After I left and examined my eyebrows at home I could see they were not very well done when I brought it to her attention she said it was because she was working on someone else's original Microblading job and she could fix it during touch up. Well, that touch up appointment never came as yes, she Canceled on me! One of the many times she did that and I'll say it again "at the last minute" Look, I don't normally do this and I did give her many opportunities but my time and money are valuable as it is for all of us so, if you want to settle for someone who does a mediocre job, will NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME, Will Cancel on you at the last minute and will not take responsibility go ahead and see Diana here at Accentuated by Diana or Accentuated, LLC. For me, I will not give her my business nor recommend Diana to anyone.. P.S. I requested a reimbursement from Diana that is how bad this whole experience was and she did reimburse me $75. Is that enough? I don't think so, but I'll leave it at that... read more

I have very difficult brows to work with due to my sparse eyebrows. That being said, I have gone to numerous eyebrow threading places where they messed up and I would have to let my brows grow out for months before getting them back to normal. I was desperate to find a good place for threading eyebrows a couple of years ago and stumbled upon Beautifeye in old town Scottsdale on yelp which had many positive reviews. I scheduled an appointment and by fate it was with Diana. Without even telling her how I wanted my brows (I didn't even know what I wanted because I didn't think I had many options with my difficult brows), she threaded and shaped my eyebrows perfectly! Sadly, she moved locations to a location that was very far for me and so I tried three other threaders at Beautifeye and they completely messed up on my brows. Frustrated, I decided to give Beautifeye one last shot in hopes of getting someone who does my brows as perfect as Diana did before going elsewhere. Luckily and unexpected, Diana was back and was the only reason that kept me as a customer at Beautifeye until she left to start her own eyebrow threading business! She is very sweet and easy to talk to which is only an added bonus because to say Diana is the best with brows would be an understatement! There is absolutely no one else i will ever trust with my brows but Diana! Her prices are great and her new place at the salon is such a convenient location/very easy to find!
