If you get the regular signature facial version, it is $55 a month. They autodraft out of your bank or credit card. If you miss a month, you can use it another time (so go twice a month), give it to a friend/family, etc. They also "let" you use it to "upgrade" it to their elite facials. But if you do the math, two month's regular membership should be $110 and I don't know where the money goes when you use two months' worth on elite facial that costs $75. I had to put my membership on "hold" for a while as I was traveling too much and did not realize I could only hold it for a few months before it started autodrafting again. It's my fault for not checking my bank account but I never noticed as they never contacted me. I had a whole year worth of money drafted. They only noticed it when I went to do a mommy and daughter day one day. They gave me 3 months to use all the "credits", which I used with my daughter and by "upgrading". We also used them for massages, etc. But at the end of the day, I feel I lost money. Again, this won't be a problem if you keep using it every month. Just be aware if you do miss a month. It will be better to pay cash for upgrading and not use the unused credit.

I've always had several breakouts that just would not go away. 1st month - it felt really good but the breakouts just barely diminished. 2nd month - my skin was visibly better after this visit. 3rd month - only very minor break out left. 4th month and up - my skin has not looked this good in over 10 years. The place is quiet and cozy. It does not have individual rooms like some spas do but you do have plenty of privacy. The staff examines your skin every month and recommends different treatments. At first, I thought they would be another spa who tries to upsell, but they have been doing regular $49 facial ever since my skin became problem free. Months 1-3, they recommended different treatments that targeted my problems and they were $70. I have tried different spas before and have gotten pretty tired of the push for skin care products. At Facelogic, they never try to upsell. They will make recommendations if you ask. I do have a good collection now because they really work well for me. They tend to be low on stocks and if they run out of something, it could take a few weeks to get in though. Overall, I LOVE this place and cannot wait for my monthly appointments.

The shop is called Luxus Lounge, BUUUUUT "Lizzy Cuts Hair" is really who I'm writing this 5 star review about. She is one of the barber specialists within this shop. Just reach out to her via her website or phone number to make an appointment. Her hours varies so you'll have to reach out to her. My son even got a free wash after his fresh cut. As usual, Lizzy is amazing. The other staff in here seem super friendly as well and I'm sure they bring awesomeness to the table. Tons of parking, but some have marked signage so pay attention. A nice and cozy ambiance with comfortable seating and a small coffee station. Not sure if they have a restroom within the shop itself.

I replied I've already done this. She replied back and said this is something different. This is an intake form so I completed it to replied back to her and said this is now complete. Mind you my appointment is at 1:30 this same day. She then sends me a message telling me that my form of communication is not allowed and she is canceling my appointment. Somehow my two sentences saying I've already done this and then saying this is now complete. Are somehow words that aren't allowed to be used. Was she upset that I didn't get up and gravel at her feet at 8:30 in the morning from a message about eyebrows marked urgent??! Extremely unprofessional also an aesthetician should not be asking you what kind of medication you're on because guess what they're not bound by HIPAA.
