She later approached me a second time while I have chemicals on my eyes and I again told her that I did not want to talk. I did not feel comfortable hearing the conversations and wanted no altercation. I simply wanted to relax and enjoy my service. I did let the owner know about my experience. I am now being asked to remove Alexis's photo from my Yelp and Google reviews. I understand that the business may want to address the situation and improve its protocols, but this experience did happen to me on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. I am sharing my honest, firsthand experience as a customer. My intention is not to attack anyone, but simply to document what happened and hopefully prevent another customer from having a similar experience.
