It was my first facial, so I was nervous, but Janny took the time to explain what was necessary to help with my skin and recommended products based off my own skin concerns. I have been looking to get a facial treatment and I am so happy I found Janny!! I came to her not knowing what my skin needed and if you don't either, that's ok because she does consultations. She is also easy to book. You can do it online or by contacting her. When I arrived to my appointment, I was greeted right away and she also had me fill out a questionnaire. Then she took me to the room where she does treatments. She started out by examining my face and I had also told her my skin concerns. She exactly knew what I would need without hurting/breaking my skin. I ended up doing a microdermabrasion and I absolutely love how my skin felt and look immediately after. I have been going to Janny since the start of COVID- high stress, mask mandates, & I had no idea how to take care of my skin. I have dealt with acne since I was a teen and only now in my late 20's have I started getting facials, and it started with her. I hit the lowest point with my skin- extremely irritated skin from breaking my skin's barrier, trying anything and everything over the counter. I am a HCW and wear a mask all day long.
