She usually doesn't take the entire 30 minutes, however, she ensures that you are leaving with a high quality wax. She is very attentive and professional during any service I've received from her. One thing that I believe is important is that I rarely get ingrown hairs when I go to her. In addition, my hair doesn't grow back in an abnormal way. I believe for the price, I am receiving the best quality work! There is a few spots for street parking out front. She distracted me with thoughtful conversationq (so I would not feel pain), but was also gentle in the process. The only word to describe Shay is Awesome! I don't use these terms lightly.
