It took me a while before deciding on my hat and throughout this time she was patient and pleasant. With a smile on her face she then assisted my husband. The prices are reasonable and although it's not a huge business they do have a good amount of variety. You can walk out with a full outfit, if you desire. They had a cute outfit that I would have bought if I had not already purchased one for the concert. The business is in a huge shopping center, near El Super, however they're tucked in a corner, not easily visible but they're there, follow GPS. Highly recommend! Entry tickets (with selected date & time) via eventbrite are recommended, especially for their more popular sales; but they also have a stand by line. Today, tickets were not required, and there was only a handful of people shopping. It's well organized, with clear signage regarding pricing as well as clothing sizes. You grab a clear plastic bag at the entrance, put your desired items (minus the hanger) into your bag; then check out when ready. They do not accept American Express. Security checks your receipt at the door.

So yeah, lacks a little variety for women's. I would say there's mostly Men's clothing in this store. Like 80% of their merchandise are men's styles. So if you want to shop for your friend, boyfriend, or husband, they have lots of stuff. They also had things like backpacks and things. When we walked in there was 1 person in front of us that ordered, and no one after us. Took over 15 minutes to warm a subpar cinnamon roll, when it came out they didn't call out our name and insisted it wasn't ours... then finally figured out it was ours after all. Whatever. Waited even longer for the matcha. Then it was called out, not my name, just the name of the drink. With no other people waiting we figured it was ours. Nope, then the barista loudly explained that I grabbed the wrong drink and that it's coconut milk. I didn't touch the drink other then grabbing it off the counter and said she could take it back. After looking pissed off, she said, "I'm just making sure you know that's coconut milk, is that okay?" I told her it was fine and apologized for grabbing the wrong drink. Still irritated she turned around and walked away. The drink? Awful. So if you like dark dens, poor service, and expensive drinks that are awful, this is your place!
