When I got there I was stopped at the door by an employee who said the store was to capacity. I told her I didn't want to go in, I was there to pick up shoes I ordered online. She said I would still have to wait. Shortly thereafter a customer came out and she told me I could stand in line. "No," I told her, "I would rather someone bring the shoes out to me." She said that I would have to go inside and wait in line. I said, "You don't have curbside?" She said, "We do but you need to pull your car up here and then call us and you will still have to wait for all these people in line." "Uh... I don't think so, but okay, what number do I call?" "You will have to wait for all of these people in line." That's when I was fed up. I raised my voice and said, "When I pull up, I don't know what number to call!" She then pointed to a sign inside the store propped up against the wall. I took a photo of it with my phone and as I started to leave she repeated, "You still have to wait for all of these people to be rung up first." I told her, "You are making something very simple very difficult for no reason." Other times, you won't. On my last visit here, the line was 3 deep when I got into it, and a few more people came in behind me. There were enough employees, but only 2 were actively ringing up customers. That was kind of a bummer. I also noticed that after I paid, I was just handed my box with my receipt in it.
