We have purchased Lazy Boy furniture for the last 48 years and it has always been good quality…read more Not this time! We purchased in June 2025 1 Big Man Recliner ($1,000+) and in July 2025 we purchased another big guy Recliner, plus a Love Seat and a 8' x 11' Rug ($800.00). Our total for all of this furniture was $5,212.92. Now my reason for writing this review. The Love Seat is horrible. It had only been 6 weeks and the front of one side had wrinkles all the way across and down. We contacted Lazy Boy and they sent a Furniture Repair guy that have as a contract worker. The wrinkles on the one side were not fixed. We had the repair guy come out again and we have a call to Lazy Boy to have him come out again. I weigh 130 lbs...it's not like I'm huge and I also only sit on it at night maybe 2 or 3 hours. We were told that the Love Seat has bucket seats and it contours to the person who sits in it (this was told to us by the repair guy). This is the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE LOVE SEAT I HAVE EVER SAT ON. It will be a year July 8th so nothing will be under warranty. We will NEVER purchase Lazy Boy furniture again. The quality has really gone down and it's not worth the money. I will attach pictures of the Love Seat the first time it needed repair, the 2nd time and now the third if possible. The pictures showed up under the "Photos" tab under Lazy Boy reviews Google.

Walmart doesn't do "tap to pay" which is a business decision. I guess it costs them too much? This is a Neighborhood Market, so it's mostly a competitor for the regular grocery stores in the area with a few Walmart areas tossed in where appropriate. I purchased it not only for my peddle bikes but I purchased two Ebikes as well. The NV 2.0 is rated for two (2) 60 LBS bikes which is perfect. I loaded one of the Bikes and it took literally less then a minuet. I was just a bit reluctant feeling secure with almost $10,000 worth of new bikes on here. I reached out to the company via their website and almost immediately received a response! Claire S., one of their Service Agents asked details about what type of bikes I was carrying and the tire sizes.  After a couple corresponded she recommended a "Phat Bike Kit" that includes a strap extender for the front tire. Before I knew it she had it shipped out! Simply outstanding customer support that needs recognition and their product stands on its own for quality. Thank you Kuat..

My wife and I purchased a Kuat Bike Rack from our local bike shop a few weeks ago. On our first big…read moretrip using this rack, I accidentally lost the keys that individually lock each bike securely to the rack. Therre we were at a bike trail head with our bikes loaded on the bike rack and no keys to get them off. I called Kuat and asked what I could do. Their service rep said I had two options: 1. She (Dee in the customer service dept.) could send new keys in overnight mail, or 2. I could cut the cables locking each bike and she would send me new locking cables. As it turns out, we opted to cut the cables, rode our bikes on a beautiful trail and when we got back home, the new cables were there in the mail. Oh, and there was no charge! Like their phone message says, they offer "face-melting" customer service. And they do!!
