All of my communications with Chris and his team were very positive. He was very honest and forthright. Prior to our test ride, he and his team identified an issue with the trailer braking system that was quickly corrected. After the completion of our test ride, Chris told me that just prior to him departing their facility for the check ride, that his team discovered a hairline crack in the exhaust manifold. It certainly didn't impact the test ride. He gave me the option of taking a discount off the price, or a promise to complete the repair at a later date, so we could enjoy the boat through the season. We chose the later. The point being, is that I never would have found that problem. If the issue became significant enough in the future to warrant a repair, then I would have assumed it happened on my watch. I give them an A+ for honesty and communications.
