In researching and searching for a new mattress for our almost retired (and tired) bodies, we stopped by this Factory Mattress location (closest to our home). Then after getting pricing from them, and over several weeks, we visited other mattress and furniture stores and even re-visited Factory Mattress a second time. After another week of consideration, we went back to this store and purchased the mattress set we wanted. The sales team of Shayne and Auggie were super helpful, not pressuring, but reassuring. Factory Mattress has, as far as research was concerned, the absolute best return policy which was one reason we finally decided on them. The other super plus was that we purchased the mattress on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday. And the delivery experience surpassed expectations. They called Friday night to confirm the delivery and time window (a three hour slot), then called again Saturday morning to reconfirm. Then just prior to arriving, we were called one more time. And . . . to our surprise, the truck pulled up on time!! Customer service both before and after the sale/delivery is superb. Three weeks ago we began shopping at the Culebra Alamo Ranch store. After being there a short time the young man told us he was a sub for the regular salesman and that Shane Sinor at Bandera Pointe was more knowledgeable about Tempur-pedic and probably had a better selection. He was right about Shane. Shane is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patient. Shane answered our never ending questions, he knew his products and never pushed us in any direction. He stayed close to answer questions but gave us space to talk. We were looking for an adjustable base and mattress. I was very concerned about losing my iron bed frame and he assured me it would fit inside my frame. He understood I needed to measure my frame and would return another day. Shane spent a lot of time with us that evening and again on Saturday when we returned with our measurements. Shane laid on the floor and measured the legs on a couple of different bases so I could make the best decision. Glad I measured! We needed the longer legs to clear our bed frame. We were so happy with our experience with Factory Mattress. We were shopping for new mattresses and boxsprings for our children, and did not want to deal with the "salesmen" in most stores. Factory Mattress is family owned and the sales associates were knowledgeable and did not try to upscale us. After the mattresses were delivered, we realized that we needed a low-profile boxspring for our daughters room. Her bed was an antique wrought iron bed that had been in our family for several generations...and current taller boxsprings made the bed ridiculously high. Factory Mattress associates helped us decide on the best option, and made us feel like we were getting personal treatment. Shayne and Auggie were very helpful and professional...we really felt like they were taking the time to make sure we purchased exactly what we needed (after we realized the iron bed was considerably higher than a normal bed, which was our fault) and working to schedule delivery as quickly as possible. WE had our mattress delivered yesterday and I have to saw it's the best nights sleep I've had in a long time. We started at this store as our first stop of the day, found one we both liked but decided to look around just in case. My boyfriend and I visited 2 other mattress stores and both felt forced at one store by the salesman and the other was just not a comfortable place to shop. We went back because of Shayne and the older gentleman working with him Saturday 2-20-16. Both of them answered our questions ad made us feel extremely comfortable in the store. The only other mattress we had seen at another store was twice as expensive and it seemed overpriced, when we went back to see Shayne we talked about it and he was very knowledgeable on that mattress as well, he confirmed what I thought about that one. I met a young salesman named shayne sinor. He was very knowledgeable with his product. I explained to him what size and how I recently became wheel chair bound. I made a mistake and measured my bed wrong. So I ordered a king size. It was promptly delivered the following day as promised. The problem is I measures wrong. I needed a California King. So I was worried thinking it was going to be a hassle to get it exchanged. Not only did shayne take care of it. He had it delivered and taken care of immediately. For several months, my wife and I want to replace our old mattress. Shopping a good mattress is not easy. We went to the Conn's first and you can guess that we don't want to buy there. Then we went to the next plaza, there are two mattress firm locations and one factory mattress between those two. We somehow went into the factory mattress first, the manager Shayne helped us. He is knowledgable and really helped us get the right product (Serta iComfort Genius everfeel) with a really good price. We later on went to other mattress firm locations. With confidence, Factory mattress is the best among local stores. I also checked online products, but online ones won't have the service and store warranty like Factory Mattress has. I had no idea of all the choices on the market today and even all the different options available to get a good nights sleep. Technology and innovation keep marching on. Let me start out by saying that by the time we got to Factory Mattress we were completely over the typical sales speeches after going to several other stores. When we arrived at this store Shayne was very professional and only focused on what we asked for and advising us of the options. I brought a mattress set from this location about a year ago. My box spring started to squeak. I called and spoke to Auggie and asked him what to do. He said he would handle it. He emailed someone and I got a new box spring. The thing that I was most amazed about, was that he called me back. Now mind you I called at 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon.
