However, when I tried to put them on in the car, I realized they were too large for my earring holes. I immediately went back to the boutique to request a refund, only to be told that they don't offer refunds--just exchanges. I did look around and there was nothing else that I really wanted. There were no visible signs or notices anywhere in the store indicating their no-refund policy, so I asked if they could make an exception since I was from out of town. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee called the business owner while I was standing there and proceeded to discuss me in front of my face, saying things like, "Why didn't she try them on in the store?" First of all, I've never heard of trying on earrings before purchasing--not only is this unsanitary, but it's also incredibly unhygienic and unreasonable. The entire experience was beyond disappointing. The staff's attitude was rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise thinking twice before shopping here!!

Additionally, like many retail places left in our area, they seem to struggle with staffing, which adds to the line issues that others are complaining about. There is a lot of opportunity for this store if they just took advantage of it. If you are looking for a huge selection in a well-managed store, this probably isn't worth the visit. But if you can handle rummaging through mediocre selection to find that fabulous deal you might luck out.

As you can see on the receipt, it clearly states 14-day return policy. Needless to say, I will never buy from this place again. I've never visited a shoe store with a 1-day no-return policy.
