I had my tires replaced here with their service department, and when it came time to pay for them-- it left me in a financial bind I wasn't expecting. This is where they managed to give me a 10% discount to help me out. Later I found out that my parents saw the receipt and confronted them. When I went back they didn't have me on their schedule, didn't remember who I was & asked for my warranty again & told me they would have to get approval to do the work Took it some where else Went back again (stupid me) for some some major work. Was told they would have to put together a parts list. Went back 4 days later still no parts list. That was 8 months ago still no word from Factory. terrible customer service bought a chain from them and after one ride snapped also they upsold me on it and said it would be a whole lot better than normal master link chains and it snapped on the first ride it put a crack in my engine case and they don't have the decency to give me a new chain instead they said they would sell me a chain at there price I would rather be shot than shop there ever again lost a good customer worst employees and they don't know anything about bikes!!! read more

If you need anything serviced do not bring it here. We took our SxS in to have the valves adjusted as we had a noise in the engine. $350 later we left with the news that the engine was damaged but supposedly work we requested was done. Since then we have case to believe that not only was the adjustment not done but the tech saw an issue that was present from the factory and did not inform us of the fact. We will no longer patronize this dealership for anything-new machine, parts or service. read more

I was on an awesome adventure ride throughout Utah. I had been here 9 days. The last ride I got a screw in my tire and found factory power sports. They said it would be over an hr to change the tube. It's a 20 min job and I was charged for 1hr 20 min. 84$ labor and 37$ for the tube. Total with tax 129.00$. The smug kid that helped me said that they are always happy to help out riders passing through. I'll bet they are at those prices. Do your best to not go there. read more

I was on a four day sidexside trip with 12 other rigs and I decided to hit the side of a wash blowing up my Rack n Pinion on the first day of the trip. Oouch thought I was done. Bought a new Pioneer 700 and trailer. New trailer had a couple of badly warped boards and I asked if they could be replaced. The manufacturer (Big Bubba) said no. Took my bike here to be fixed. They had it there for about 5 and a half weeks, said it was good to go, charged me $500, and the bike ran well for 2 whole hours before I was having the same problems. If i could give zero stars i would... the service here sucks theres three people and not one of them was remotely helpful. They were practically useless in helping with scheduling a time to get my bike in, and even when they did schedule a time "we'll get finished wednesday" it wasn't done and they have more than enough workers and havent been busy the past week. Its still not done. The front desk guy must have never worked service a day in his life, As he just stares at you as you walk up to the desk and doesnt say anything when you get there.... when i finally tell him what I need and that my tire has been there since monday he proceeds to go back to silently stare at his computer for another solid ten minutes without telling me anything. In short service sucks the workers suck theyre slower than molasses. NOTHING ELSE NEEDED TO BE DONE just change my tire.... it has now been THREE DAYS..THREE for a job that should take no longer than an hour and a half to two hours max... absolutely horrendous... Ill update my review when i get my bike cause im sure something else is going to go wrong thanks to factory powersports.... the store is a ghost town. It shouldnt take this long.... read more

I purchased two brand new motorcycles from this company a year ago. They provided absolutely garbage customer service. Approximately 2/3 of the staff are smug little boys who work the counter, phones, and service department. Whenever you have to deal with one of the little boys there, (e.g., Draper) they act like they are doing you a favor. Can't (won't) give you actual pricing, even on a specific part. Instead, they say, "it will be around. . . " or " it is approximately. . . ". When asked to give an exact price, they suddenly are out of that part. I don't normally write reviews, but maybe this will cause management to provide some customer service training to the kids running the place. After two years of trying to give them my business, I'm done. I will look for any other vendor in St. George for parts and labor moving forward. FYI, Rocky Mountain ATV is on the same street about a mile north of them. Go there, They hire adults and treat you with appreciation and respect. read more

Deal with Keith(5stars), he's the only one I'd recommend. First experience with Moto United(Should've checked yelp before). Rode my Bolt up from SoCal to SoUtah to visit family(where my tw200 is stored) Monday. Planned to visit for a week and get some riding in, but, it needed a new front tire. Tuesday, I call in (15+min on hold)to see about a new tire..... tw200 tire, not many choices for this bike. "Which bike and tire size? We have to order this, it'll arrive in 2 days" -Scott. Ok..... order it. So, Thursday, I go in to town on Home Depot run and drop off wheel. First ? asked me. "Well, did we call you to tell you your tire was in?"-Mark. Um no, I'm staying 30 miles away and it's convenient for me to drop it off now and pick it up Friday(three days after tire ordered). They take the wheel. Pick up on Friday and it has a street tire on it(stock tire is knobby dirt tire). I'm thinking wtf?!? Mark asks if that's what I wanted(btw, no phone call made to clarify after I bring in an old knobby tire and they want to put on a street tire?!) Um, nope! That's not really what I asked for, but I'm going home in 2 days, I'll just dwi(just hiked up to Observation Point in ZionNP that morning. Was too tired to fight then). Mark, after offering no alternative options, was happy to see it roll out the door. While putting wheel back on bike, family says they'll correct problem after I leave. Didn't want all that burden on them so I take it back on Saturday. Hoping to just drop it off for an exchange and have family pick up next week. Talked to Keith. After explaining situation first thing he says is we have the stock tire in stock and had it when you first called in. WTF?!? Scott too lazy to check inventory? Keith says they'll swap it out same day. Cool, stayed in town and returned a few hours later to pick up. Keith asked if I gave Scott a part number when I first called in. That's a big NOPE! Sounds like Scott is a tool trying to blame customer for his screw up. No trail riding this trip, thanks Scotty! read more

I needed a SXS for steep mountain trails near Silverton, CO. Salesman pitched a Honda 700. Bought and transported it to Silverton. Terrible for that environment, Power OK but no engine compression for steep downs. Had to ride brakes all the way. Had to make a round trip Silverton to St George to move up to Pioneeer 1000-5 . Worked OK for first month , but shifting in either AT or MT was very 'jerky'. A week later total cooling system 'blow out' at 11,500 ft and 3 mile hike to valley road. Had to tow out, radiator hose blew off engine block. All cooling hose clamps loose. Coolant issue again on flat road. Factory Powersports response. NOT OUR PROBLEM, call Honda... Unit taken to Durango for evaluation. read more

Worst Service Manager ever! Took my 2017 Polaris RZR to Moto United and met the Service Manager Mark, who took pics and said he would file a warranty ticket with Polaris to authorize repairs. I made the mistake of telling him that I was from out of town even though all Polaris dealers are required to do warranty work. Over a period of 6 weeks I made numerous calls and was told that he had submitted the claim and would follow up and get back to me the next day. At one point I had to give him some of the information again but he claimed to have found the ticket. During the process I formed the opinion that the rest of the dealership had management issues so didn't escalate to the Manager. (No longer wanted that dealership touching my RZR) I took my RZR to another dealer and they confirmed that nothing had been sent to Polaris. The contrast between the two dealers was astounding. Moto United has out of state ownership and it shows. They own Moto Zoo also, so have little competition. I would never buy anything from them. read more

I am currently looking for a Yamaha Jet boat and decided to call Factory Powersports in St George UT. They answered the phone right away, which earns them a star IMO, however they connected me to a sales person, Keith who seemed somewhat nice and gave me information on what they had in-stock. He then said he would get back to me on 2 quotes. These quotes only came after another follow up phone call a day later. On the quotes he sent me they had over $2300 in added deal fees that were unacceptable so I replied back to his e-mail asking if there is any way to lower or remove some of those excessive dealer fees. Several days later, absolutely no response. I do not get why a dealer treats customers who are ready to negotiate a deal treats customers like this with no replies. Keith has very poor communication skills at the least. Never calling them again. I should have walked away when the two quotes did not come until I followed up. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. read more
