Went to get a tire fixed- shouldn't have. They stated they had the tire in and could do it day of- but told me to take the tire off myself or they charge $45 to do it. Ok, so take the tire off and bring in the rim. They then say they can't do it for 2 days. Ok- 5 days later they call to get it approved to even start.- finally pick it up a week later (they don't have a concept of of being on time here and don't care). They put on the wrong tire on and when I stated it, they agreed, "oh yeah-that's too big" but refuse to refund the wrong new tire- and told me to sell it myself. Now to fix it they want to charge me again for the right tire size, which they don't have in stock and have to "special order". I don't think they ever had the tire in stock-put this wrong one on and knew it. Two weeks later, $200 out for the wrong tire and terrible customer service. I'm taking my wrong tire and business elsewhere. They are rude and provide zero help. I'll never do business with them again. I have a dirt bike tire for sale if anyone wants one! read more

Well I went down there on a Saturday to look at Tiger 1200. I spent 1 and 1/2 hours walking around looking at bikes and their "sxs" not one person asked me how I was doing. The following Thursday I decided to try to purchase the Tiger 1200 gt pro. I called talked to a salesman named Chris and he let me demo the bike. I liked it, I wanted to do some numbers and that's when their true colors showed. I sat there for 4 hours waiting for some numbers and nothing happened I was told "you got good credit 700+ and we just waiting, we are going to close now I will call you tomorrow with numbers I won't forget about you"! Well next day went by no call no email no NOTHING. Saturday I finally got a hold of the salesman after about a dozen phone calls and got "oh yeah just waiting on numbers man I didn't forget I will call you back soon". Now it's the following week still haven't heard anything. They ran my credit report 4 times and I received absolutely nothing besides some inquiries on my credit. I want to thank Chris for saving me a headache also known as Motozoo and the b.s. service I would of received from this dealership if I bought one of their bikes! I went to Factory Powersports they gave me numbers in about 20 minutes! Update- So on a $18000 bike they were trying to get me financed for $29032.05 ! I purchased a Can Am Maverick from Moto Zoo last September. After taking it out the first time I experienced some mechanical issues including air lock of coolant system and overheating. I contacted Moto Zoo and they said to bring it back in and they made all the repairs and delivered it back to my residence in California. I bought a new 2020 Polaris Ranger Northstar in March of 2020. The finance manager Quinn talked me into an exteneded "bumper to bumper" warranty because the machine had HVAC. 2 months out of factory warranty, he called it - AC stopped working. Aegis Powersports, the warranty he sold me denied the claim because they have not updated their service agreement to include or deny HVAC which has been available since 2016. Quinn now won't return my call, doesn't even know why I'm calling but I assume he probably does - why else call a finance manager after the sale. Quinn lied through his teeth & got me to pay good $$ for a worthless extended warrany. read more

Horrible experience. I put a down payment on a Can Am X3 for a specific color and was told I was the first in line. I waited for 2 months for the machine. When it finally comes they sold it out from under me. They lied and said I didn't order that one and they'll show me. When they showed me they apologized h by the by then it was too late. Instead of making up for their mistake and making good on their end they told me I could wait another month but I wasn't guaranteed anything. Moro Zoo is ridiculously expensive compared to Cedar City and Richfield. My recommendation is to order any ATV or CanAm from Richfield. They won't add on hidden fees or overcharge for installation of the accessories that you add. You will save thousands. read more

Ok, motorsports dealers are usually similar to car dealers trying to make a sale. As you can tell from my other reviews, I am a critical person when it comes to customer service! Well this dealership is a great surprise to the pessimistic crowd. All the way from Bronson my salesman, to the sales manager by the name of Ken. All promises that were made , were surprisingly kept ... they have earned a customer for life ! Some items for put on back order and a Salesman actually went out of his way to deliver it to me in Vegas... now that's customer service ! Another part was backordered by the factory and Ken found it elsewhere- he had it sent to my house just in time for a trip he knew I had planned and really needed the part !! This place did a pretty good job cleaning the carb on 4 stroke.. I did end up paying about $250 and They didn't need to buy any parts.. They also left my key on and drained my brand new battery that they claimed that I should also have replaced.. I ended up taking it up and charging it up and it worked just fine for the last 3 months.. There apparel is over priced.. After my experience with Moto Zoo I was surprised to get on here and see that anyone could post negative reviews. They are way easy to deal with! I haven't ever bought something like this before and I need to say I for sure recommend them if you need anything that deals with Motorsports. I love my new can-am maverick (it kicks the crap out of my buddy's Kawasaki)!! I wanted to wait till I brought it back in for its first service to see how I would be treated after the purchase, and they remembered my name and gave me a good deal on installing the stereo system even though I didn't purchase it originally when I bought my side by side. They have a dang nice looking shop with out the employees to back it up. I expected much better service. They messed up on a repair for me and I had to fight them to fix it. It was just a simple bad oil ring and when they did my oil change and they didn't even top off all the oil that leaked out from the bad oil seal. They were much better when they were Stephen Wade power sports. No place is perfect but these guys are lacking that quality that makes you wanna go back again and again for help. read more

Bought my first new bike through these guys and I am severely disappointed. With that said, while the bike is functional, it's a great machine. As soon as I get it home from the dealership I'm excited to show it off to some friends and family but it won't start. Another four hour round trip to St George and according to the mechanic, the jet got stuck wide open and it'll be an hour and a half wait, it seems to be running fine now. I'm in a hurry so I head out. Next time I try to start it? Nothing. No mechanic is stupid enough to rebuild a carb without checking the spark plug gap right? Wrong. Adjust the gap it fires right up. Next, two out of three headlight fairing bolts fell out while going down the road? Really? Better check the rest because I found four more wobbling off. While checking, I found corrosion on the frame just under the battery. So this "mechanic" installed my battery on it's side and I liable for the leaking acid on the trail not to mention there is damage to my brand new bike? I'm scared to take this thing out now. Did he torque my axel nuts on right? Do yourself a favor and find someone else, if you're buying brand new then you want quality. read more

Every time I've gone into Moto Zoo for a part or for a little information on my Yamaha 1100S, I've left asking myself WHY, I even go in here? they never have any parts to speak of, you have to special order them, they treat you as if you are bothering them.
