Unethical practice. We had a dispute regarding installation of alloy rims which we were not quoted for. They kept our car overnight and sabotaged it by removing brake pads from our brakes and switched our new rotors with old and rusted ones. read more

Extremely unprofessional! If you care about your car do not bring it here. They do a half ass job and will not own up to bad work. I also was added on Fb by one of the workers there. Who I did not come into contact with. When asked how he got my contact he said he got it from my pay statement. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I contacted this company about getting a quote for new tires put on my car. I had someone named James call me and proceed to argue with me over what tires my car needs. He argued that the size of tire I had requested were too small for my car and kept saying I was wrong and his reason behind maintaining his position? "because the computer says so". I told him I wasn't and that considering it's my car and all that I would know what it needs, I even told him the sticker in the door has the size I was inquiring about so I asked him if that means the manufacturer was wrong as well!? In the end, he refused to send me a quote until I sent him "proof" (the sticker in the door) that I was right...smh, I bet if I was a guy this pathetic argument wouldn't have occurred! read more

Worst experience ever! Waited 3 hours to have winter tires changed. Left before they could change them. Nobody even came out to tell me that it would be a longer wait then initially suggested. Very poor PR skills. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They should go to boot camp to teach them how to keep customers happy. read more

Had tpms sensors put in my winter tires. Was told by another shop they were the wrong sensors. Factor tire installed them no problem. Was quick and amazing price! Definitely will return for future needs. read more

Went in on a not so busy Saturday morning to change over my winter to my all-season tires wasn't expecting the 33% price increase from $60 last year to $80 this year. My tires are not on rims. My honest opinion about this place is, they have great deal with tire packages but the mechanics are terrible they slap on your tires and shred your lug nuts when removing them. They don't car about customers vehicles and could care less about service.... Bottom line stay away... read more

I had been to factory tire recently and really like the way they treated me. I wasn't sure of which tires to buy for my car, until i met one of the sales guy Rohit. He first listened to me about my doubts and my budget and then came up with few suggestions. He also gave me few pointers as to what exactly we should look for when buying tires. I must say their prices are really competitive and ended up buying a package for my car. My only complain would be that i had to wait a long before my car was attended. But hey, they are busy and i guess it's fair on everyone's part to be treated equally as they don't take appointments. And if you can't wait you better be early there. Called the day before to confirm my rims were in stock. After waiting 2hrs in shop they informed me they were missing a rim. Waited another 2hrs as they went to go get the missing rim. It would have been nice if they informed me about not having the rims in stock before wasting my time and day. Would not recommend. read more

I just got my snow tires installed. What a nightmare. The worst people you could deal with. Patrick was my sales guy. A complete liar. We agreed on a price balance install sensors everything. More expensive than costco or canadian tire but was willing to do it because he said next day at 11.00. Showed up at the shop and was shocked to hear that I would have to wait 6 hours. Wtf. Who has time like that. Asked for a return on my deposit no luck. Ok rescheduled for 2 days later. Same crap 4 hour wait. To my surprise when we went to pay there was a $70 increase. No explanation. Told me they would do a free swap in the spring. Costco does those free every season. Also they have no parking. An older man came in to get tires and one of the Guyanese ignorant workers used curse words at him in front of 10 other clients to move his car. The poor man was so sad. They are the worst bunch of rude lying crappy tire place. I'm surprised they are still in business with so much competition. I run a business and would not dream of treating my clients this way. Buy your tires elsewhere. Trust me you'll be happier. read more
