Nicole was wonderful at explaining everything we would be doing, as well as why we were doing it. I wish I would have chosen a 60 minute session instead of 40. Alpha Stim was described to me as "immediate meditation" and that is exactly how I felt. I spend a lot of my day in my head, overthinking things & stressing about situations out of my control, but with alpha stim I was able to relax and be in the moment the entire time. I had spoken with my talk therapist about this before scheduling, and she said she had been recommending the product to clients for over a decade! Upon returning, I was met with another cold interaction just demanding my copay.
